Description of Work: On memorial day, the pump for our well broke and we had guests. They all abandoned us for somewhere else that had flushing toilets, but my wife and I still needed water. I called. They picked up. Within an hour, they were at our house with the truck necessary to get to the pump a few hundred feet down, inspecting the issue (confirming that it was the pump) and began work. Within a few hours, we were back up and running. It was a little pricey, but it was a holiday and they responded so quickly that I thought it was worth it.

Description of Work: In the Spring of 2011 Schaibles replaced my well pump for ~ $2500 and 2 years later it was not functioning properly. The well pump was relatively new so the repairman thought there must be a different problem and he replaced a valve in my basement for ~$650-$700. This did not fix the problem so the repairman pulled my well pump and replaced a plastic valve on the pump for another $680. I felt like I was definitely overcharged by at least the repair that was made and not needed.

They understood that the room involved tearing out part of my porch and recommended an excavating company who then came and did the work. I appreciated very much that they did not attempt to do the work knowing that they were very busy and the people they recommended were wonderful also

We had some issues with the water filter, and they worked with us until we were satisfied. Remodeled master bath: replaced shower, toilet and floor. The bathroom looks beautiful; they did a great job. Very easy to work with; everyone is good at their job, friendly and responsive. Excellent company.
