They quickly responded to our request on Home Advisor, sent out someone to assess the situation, quoted us quickly and were able to get the work done by the time our guests arrived on Christmas eve. They ran into some unforeseen issues, which they developed a solution, contacted the township for approval and worked extremely hard to meet our timeline of 3PM Christmas eve. We were really nervous they would not finish in time for our 40+ guests arriving at 3pm xmas eve, but they did it! Thank you BILL!!

These guys are great to deal with. Jessica kept me up to date with all the scheduling. She was super nice to deal with. Bill and his crew did an excellent job replacing my main sewer line. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The owner bill was very very friendly over the telephone he said Patrick out within 2 hours for a main drain copper That broke under my mobile home prob'ly for a good 4 to 6 weeks That we had no knowledge of until we started smelling a bed odor when we turned the dryer on So I had my maintenance guys from the office come to see if there was a water main problem from Williamstown but They told me the main drain had broken out and there was water and toilet litter under there so to speak. So they came out and fix the problem in 2 hourstime.. Would highly recommend them great personality Bill and Patrick Thank you so much Renee Branco

The owner Bill and his son came and helped us with an emergence watermain leak very quickly and professionally. We would recommend them to everyone. The repair was done very quickly and the price was great with no trying to sell us something that was not needed. They are the men to call for the job!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I originally called in November 2018. Steve Alberino (see the 4 star rating below) showed up the same day and offered a fabulous quote to replace the main water line with a lifetime guarantee for the owner, with a promise to start in a few days. The start date turned into a week later. I was not notified of this change. A week later they started.The work took about a week or so, and during those days the workers tracked mud into my home and didn't bother to clean it up until I finally said something. They also attempted to collect final payment before the job was fully completed, leaving a hole in my front yard and a partially filled hole in my heating room where the piping came in to my house. They returned to fill both holes after I complained. Now it is almost 4 months later and water is leaking from the exact same spot and my backyard is completely flooded. Bill's son, Matt was called on Friday and told of the incident. He said he would come out on Saturday. Which he did, after I called halfway through the morning to find out when they were coming. When he arrived, he tried to tell me a different set of pipes must have called this. However, my township water department disagrees wholeheartedly! I was told Matt would return on Monday. I canceled my doctor's appointment to assure I should be home. No call, no show. I called them through Home Advisor and was then told they whould show up on Tuesday. No call! No show! No answer! They are holding the contract. Do not use this company! They are not trustworthy and lack integrity! I am now having to resort to the legal route to reclaim my funds. Best of luck to you!

The project was unbelievably top notch. Not only did Bill & Matt consistently help me understand about the problem, and what they are doing to fix it, they always showed up on time as well, the project was finished on schedule. Bill's identification of the issues was bang on. I would very highly recommend them. Final project turned out great!

We had sewer flies everywhere. Bill came to give us a free estimate, and spent 2 hours with my husband with his digital camera showing him where the problems were. He explained everything and was so kind and respectful, that we hired him on the spot. He and his crew, who are also great, came the next day day and started the job. It involved jackhammering my family room floor and and bathroom, which by the way was new. They were great, and I cant stress it enough. When the job was finished they cleaned everything, put my carpet back down, and even replaced the tiles that had to be jackhammerd. When they were done, no sewer flies, new pipes and no other issues. A month later...we had a different problem, and Bill was at my house at 7:30 at night to fix the issue. If you need a plumber....look no further than this company. You will not be disappointed. Be absolutely sure of that!

Bill and his team are the best around. Genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure all their work is done correctly and make sure their customers are satisfied.

Bill Fallows is the Da Vinci of Underground Pipe Repair. He is without doubt the best out there. We recently move into a new house and had some work done in the basement and due to this work the water main broke. I talked to multiple plumbers who wanted to reroute pipes. tear down a deck, send two guys with a backhoe and take down a tree - the list goes on and on. Bill was able to replace the water main with minimal disruption to the property. No other plumber I spoke to could have done what Bill did. His staff is top notch. If you have any type of underground water issue call Fallows Plumbing Services. You will not be disappointed.

I called because of a gas leak, & Bill & his Son came right over. I can't tell you what it meant to have someone care that we didn't have heat for two nights. They 're so respectful, they tell you everything they will do, & how they will fix your problem. Thank you again Bill & julian, I was more than satisfied.

By far the best contractor I have dealt with on any house projects. Bill was very proactive in helping me diagnosis why water seeping into my window well. He immediately knew it was a main water leak. After I called 3 other plumbers, I was convinced. Unlike some other plumbers, Bill fairly priced out the work, and did not price gouge me because of the immediacy of the work. Bill and his crew answered all my questions throughout the project, and delivered on everything they said they were going to do. My project was more difficult than anticipated, however the crew stayed late and continued to work through the issues. After the work was done, there was a small leak in the foundation, they came back out, took full responsibility for the issue and fixed the problem. Throughout the entire project, I felt WC Fallows was honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable about the work. I find these guys to be extremely honest and fair, and I know if I have any plumbing issues these are the guys I am going to call. I could not be happier with this company.

Bill was awesome. He literally worked until after midnight to get the job done, because I was leaving the next morning for vacation. Great guys, great work, couldn’t be happier.
