Bill is so awesome! I had a leaking sewer pipe in the basement that leaked from the unfinished part to the finished part of the basement. The leak was so bad, it almost filled a 32 gallon trash can I had put underneath the leak! Bill stopped by and told me what the problems could be and suggested we go the cheaper route first, which was have someone go out to the sewer clean out to unclog it. He knew someone who would do it for a few hundred bucks and told me before he left that he?d contact him tomorrow and have him come out. Not too long after, he called me and told me he contacted my township and said they had a free emergency service for backed sewer lines and he gave them my address to unclog the line. The township came and unclogged the line. I had my daughter flush the toilet and run the water to make sure there was no leak and?leak was gone! Bill, I want to thank you so much! You literally saved me hundreds of dollars! I would recommend his business to anyone looking for a contractor who not only does a good job, but also cares about people. Bill isn?t a contractor who just wants to make money off of people. He actually cares enough to help people resolve their issues and save money, even if he doesn?t make money from doing it. Bill and Chris did a very clean high quality job installing a brand new sewer line and the indoor pipe work was done very well.

Initially they were called in for a clogged drain, but as soon as they assessed the situation they realized it was a bigger issue. A previously done repair to the line was botched. It cost me a little more than I was expecting, but I'm confident that the problem is resolved!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Bill came out to our house for an estimate and gave us one that was MORE than fair. The process in which he and his guys did the work saved my entire front yard from being ripped up along with my and flower bed and large bushes. When they were finished backfilling the one hole that was dug, you could hardly even tell they were there. I highly recommend them. Look no further!
