We had two contractors come out for an estimate to repair/replace/bypass the main drain of a 1950s house. Bill's straightforward approach made the most sense and won him the job. We're very pleased with the outcome. Fallows did an excellent job and we highly recommend them.

Bill and Jules were great. They were able to fix the problem quick and for much less then what it would have cost anywhere else. They came out the day I found the issue to give a quote and were out the next day to fix the issue.

Bill was out the same night I requested quotes from Home Advisor for a Blocked Sewer line. His experience was evident as he correctly identified the issues causing the Blockage. Bill advise me of the pricing for specific scenarios (Partial or Full Line). Price was very reasonable and his assistance were hard workers and polite. He was able to leave our paver walkway in place while others wanted to remove and reinstall. No issues. Great experience.

While the repairs took slightly longer than anticipated (unavoidable), communication was very clear and timely throughout. WC Fallows was absolutely amazing. I had a broken water line leading to my house and we were without water. I had a few other plumbers come out but all were over priced and extremely unfriendly. Bill messaged me and we setup a time for him to send out one of his guys to do an estimate. I knew from the moment they came out that they were the company I wanted to work with. The guy who came out was not only friendly to me and my husband but also to my dogs which wins big points with me. He also inspected everything and took a ton of photos before giving me the estimate which no other plumber had done. He did not try to charge me for work I didn't need. Bill kept in constant contact with me through every step of the process. They were back out as quickly as they could be and fixed the problem with in a few hours. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely call them again.
