I live out of state and I had to find a licensed plumber to do an emergency repair on a sewer problem at my rental property. I went to HomeAdvisor for a referral and I was pleasantly surprised. This is the first time I have ever received such excellent customer service from any type of contractor. Right from the very beginning I knew I had made the right decision to go with WC Fallows Plumbing Services. Bill the owner is very knowledgeable and told me what to expect, who was doing the work, what tools were going to be used, how long it would take and how much it was going to cost. The repair could have easily cost me several thousands of dollars but I received a very reason rate. I got everything in writing ahead of time and the work was done right the first time within the time frame given and to the exact cost of the estimate. I also received frequent updates and pictures during the repair. There were No Surprises, No Extra Costs and No BS. I really lucked out on this one because great contractors are really hard to find. Without any hesitation I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them if you need any plumbing repairs. I give WC Fallows Plumbing services an A+.
