They came and completed the job to my satisfaction.

I hired WC Fallows a/k/a East Coast Flood (that's what shows on my bank account) based on the 5 star reviews on Home Advisor and I was very disappointed. We had a running toilet (simple task) that I thought needed a float. I'm not a plumber. When I told Bill that toilet was over 20 years old, Bill recommended a complete re-condition for the toilet at $225. and a technician would be out by 6PM that night. I agreed. The technician came at 6PM with the float piece ($30 from Walmart). He complained that there was water in the toilet and needed me to get trash bags and towels. After installing float, he stated that toilet's handle was "sticky" (probably the cause for the running toilet) but he didn't have a handle. Toilet was still not working properly but technician was concerned that he was still out working and needed to get home. He was not customer oriented. After the Thanksgiving holiday, I contacted WC Fallows to explain the toilet was still not working properly. At first, they denied it was their company that had come to do repair. Then they stated that a handle is not part of the toilet re-conditioning price. A new handle would be an extra charge. After some discussion, I asked them to come and repair toilet properly. Two technicians came that afternoon. They were not pleasant or customer oriented. They did not bring a new handle but simply tightened handle and chain. For now the toilet is working but is tempermental. If further repairs are needed, I will hire another plumber.

My experience with Bill was top notch from start to finish. After receiving a sky high estimate from Horizon, I logged onto HomeAdvisor to request estimates from other contractors. Within minutes, I received a call from Bill. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and expertise on the history of sewer line problems in my area. Knowing it was an emergency situation, Bill came out late on a Sunday to examine the property and provide an estimate. His estimate was significantly lower than Horizon and he was able to begin the job just as quickly. Bill and his team worked efficiently and kept me in the know throughout the course of the project. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and quality of work. Bill will always be my first call for any plumbing-related services going forward and I have already recommended him to all my friends buying their first homes.

Bill is a great guy and very professional. He came on the time he said he would come. We explaine to him what we needed to get done. He looked at it and gave us the best option. Bill gave us a good price for what was needed to be done. The work was done on time. We are happy with his work. We will call him again for another job if needed. Thank you.

They called me immediately after I looked for a plumber. I had a clogged main drain and they gave me a price. I haven't used homeadvisor before so I was a little apprehensive because they called me. I talked to my husband and we agreed that I would make a couple of calls beforehand. The quotes were higher and would take longer. I called Bill back and told him he had the job. He said they would be here in 4 hours. He called me 20 minutes later and said someone was on their way if I wanted them right away. The plumber (didn't catch his name) they sent had my problem solved faster than anyone has ever opened the drain before. Really knew his stuff. Saved the day and we were able to complete our plans for the day, Thanks for a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Installation of four lavatory faucets was completed within three hours of my contact with Home Advisors. The only glitch was that they wanted a check rather than credit card which drained our account.

We had a potentially very messy situation on our hands...they came out and replaced a major pipe the same day!
