They did a fantastic job with my new roof! In addition Nick, came out quickly the first time to review a leak and provide a quote. He found a hole in my roof and attempted to patch it as a temporary solution since there was rain forecasted. Great customer service and workmanship backed by GAF. They covered my deck and surrounding areas from debris and were done in 1 day. Kudos!!

The crew that came to look at my chimney was respectful,honest and explained all the work. They made sure to not make any sort of mess inside the house. Very professional, quality was 10/10. I would highly recommend them.

My roof incurred damages after a storm due to poor works by the previous owner (property investor). Regency was prompt, courteous, and was able to perform additional works on the house siding. I'm a new home owner so it is hard for me to benchmark quality or value and ironically it hasn't rained for about 3 weeks after back-to-back storms so I cannot yet vouch for durability - but the roof looks good and I was given a 5-year warranty. The repairs were a bit higher than the benchmark prices on HomeAdvisor - but the service was great and assuming no issues with quality in years to come, I would use them again.

I would highly recommend Regency to anyone looking for fast, quality work!! We had a leak during a recent rainstorm. Joe was at my house within 20 minutes of my contacting them via an internet search. It was a Saturday morning. He got up on the roof, gave me an estimate and came back the very next day (Sunday!) to complete the job! He came back the following day formoawnt and to double check his work. I could not believe how fast they got here and for the job done! Amazing work!

I hired Regency for a Chimney repair and liner which then led me to also hire Regency for a new Roof. Nic is an artist and the work was done perfectly and fast. The roof was torn off and the new roof put on in a day and a half. Excellent work and not one piece of debris left behind. These guys are the real deal! So incredibly happy.

Nick came to give an estimate and explained details to me. I hired him to do work immediately and was well satisfied.

Nick came over to do the estimate. His price was fair and I chose to go with them. They came when they promised and started working right away. The installers were quick and professional just like he said. I was concerned about some debris that were left on my flat roof; I expressed this to Nick and he brought a crew back to my house which went all over the cleaning process again. I would recommend him as a honest,professional and responsible individual.

Nick and his team responded to my inquiry the very same day. Work was completed professionally and quickly. This was important to me because the missing shingles exposed my attic and roof rafters, so extremely grateful Regency was able to get me buttoned up and sealed before critters or weather could get in.
