Had an emergency leak in my roof and Regency was the only company that would answer my calls. Mathew came out right away analyzed the problem and implemented the solution the same day. The service is professional and very reasonably priced; he even discovered and fixed additional problems I did not know I had. First class service and high integrity. Would highly recommend their services to others.

Chimney repair is something that no homeowner wants to have to do, especially considering the expense, but after calling in four different companies for estimates, we were convinced that we had no choice: Chimney needed to be relined, chimney needed to be completely rebuilt from the roof line up, pipes were not properly installed in our boiler room which meant that we were potentially getting gas leaks into the house. Yikes! Matthew from Regency was the only person we contacted who actually went up on the roof, took pictures and sat me down to explain the severity of the problem and what he proposed to do about it. He was patient, professional and polite, taking the time to answer all of my questions, writing out a detailed work proposal right then and there, and talked to me seriously about how long the job would take and when he could start. He accommodated me when I said I had a prior engagement and could not give his workers access to the house at a certain time AND gave me the best price on top of everything else! He was communicative, always responding to texts and calls in a timely manner and his workers were clean, efficient and professional. It is a family owned and operated business and they are meticulous in terms of their work and their customer relations. I have gotten a lot of household repairs done lately and would not recommend everyone we have hired: Matthew and regency are an exception. I have no hesitation in recommending them because they are easy to deal with and do great work...on schedule!

Fantastic customer service, rebuilt entire chimney from roof up, including flashing, flues, and cap. Team worked very hard to accommodate my short time line and will we working with them on future projects.

I had a leak problem in my 30 years old house.Regency was the first company that came in and inspected everything.Matthew took pictures to explain me better that what was causing the leak on my house.He gave me an estimate to replace the roof,his price was the best out of 3 that I got compared to the quality of the job.They finished fast and cleaned up well.Highly reccomended THANK YOU MATTHEW!

Recency provided a very practical cost effective solution to our repair need rather than trying to upsell us to entire rebuilding of our porch, which was exactly what we were looking for. Once we agreed on the job they were able to get it done with days with minimal interference on our daily routine. We are very happy with the job they did.

Absolutely amazing experience. They were very professional, started and ended on time per contract, very respectful of the property inside and out (always took shoes off when they came into the house) and left the property spotless each and every day. I hired Regency Home Improvements LLC to originally fix a leak I had in my attic dripping down my ceilings in my hallway. Matthew showed up inspected the leak and gave me a quote. The next morning Matthew and his crew was at my house very early to begin the repair. Come find out the damage was much worse and some of the wood was dry rot and the shingles was literally falling off my entire roof. This was discovered once Regency began to repair my roof. I was completely freaked out and Matthew assured me that Regency would be able to replace the bad wood and install a complete new roof. I was very hesitate and scared but Matthew sat down and went over the entire process until I was completely able to comprehend. I have to say that Matthew was extremely patient and kept reassuring me everything would work out fine. He gave me an awesome quote to replace my entire roof. Once again Matthew and his crew was at my house the next morning very early to install my new roof. Regency did an amazing job. My roof looks absolutely beautiful. The Timberline shingles are rated #1 and makes my home look new and improved. I have gotten so many complainants from my neighbors regarding my new roof that Regency will certainly be getting additional customers. A big thanks to Matthew and his entire crew at Regency.

I initially was looking for someone to not only clean my gutters but also powerwash them. When the guys arrived for their "estimate", they offered to clean the gutters right away. Waiting for the job to be completed.

They do not come any more professional than Regency!!! I had a very small repair where the fascia had separated at roof peak 2.5 stories up. Matthew showed up on time to quote, looked at the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes . He refused any payment. I gladly paid them for their effort and time. That's how you do business. Hard to find people like that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
