Shortly after I had Regency repair my roof, I called them back for an estimate to replace the remaining roof that was 20 years old. Matt was very responsive and gave a fair price relative to other estimates I received. They were willing to do it immediately, although I had to travel and defer the work by a week. They came and completed the entire roof in one day! Not only that, there wasn t a sign of debris anywhere afterward. They did an amazing job with the roof and completely cleaned up everything. The dumpster they had Flom the driveway was taken the next day. I highly recommend Regency.

The communication was great.. they arrived within a few days to sweep my chimney. During the inspection it was noted another brick chimney was in need of repair... although I wasn't anticipating that cost : ( but it was necessary. Matthew and his team took care of this in a few days.. neat and clean!! would never know work of that nature was done.
