Regency was the only company out of 10 that we spoke to who were confident they could install the handmade European flat clay tiles properly, were not intimidated by the steep pitches, and had experience doing this type of roof. Their bid was reasonable. We are very satisfied with their work. It is gorgeous and water tight. They took care in every step of the process, from verifying the materials quantities to ensuring our stucco guys were using the right kinds of metals where they abutted the roofing materials. This is a company that knows what they are doing and takes pride in their work, and it shows. Matt is the nicest and most trustworthy contractor I have worked with over the years. He always followed through with everything he promised, and he and his team were in constant communication throughout the entire project. They kept the property as clean and tidy as one could do with such a big effort. Our roof is stunning and we get compliments routinely from friends and neighbors. We are truly thankful to Matt and his crew and recommend Regency without reservation.

I cannot say enough good things about Regency. Last winter our basement started to leak so we hired Regency to do the work. Its quality was excellent, the estimate was perfect. No haggling after the job was done. In fact the crew found an additional crack on my foundation and fixed it. It was higher than the estimate due to the additional work, but you get what you pay for. And I paid for the best quality service that I'm more than satisfied! They are a truly amazing team! Premium quality, excellent workmanship. I was really impressed by their knowledge and expertise. The work was done in less time than I would have expected and it turned out way better! I would definitely recommend them without hesitation, and will use them again for any other job. Matthew is extremely professional, prompt in communicating and a pleasure to work with. I have an old home, and so something is always in need of repair. That said, of the many, many companies I've used for various repairs, Regency is the best of the best in any endeavor. They ask a reasonable price for unreasonably high quality work. They are committed to perfection. My roof was leaking and Matt came to do the estimation and after he inspected my roof and chimney he recommended I replace the chimney also, and I could see the damage he noticed on it. He took photos and explained everything in detail to me. You can hardly find guys that work like this! They were able to finish all the work in a few days within a week of signing the contract. They clearly take great pride in the work they do, and ensure that every component of the roofing system is top-of-the-line and installed properly. They even took the time to explain everything that they were doing. They also stand behind their work 100%. The roof looks beautiful and chimney is way better now. I cannot say enough how happy I am! The work ethic of these guys is top notch. Matt and his crew were exceptional. They completed the job on time, on budget. When they were done they cleaned up perfectly. I would recommend them for any and all services they provide.

Very satisfied with Regency from start to finish.Mathew came to measurements and do a full detail presentation on the roof detail he was very kind and professional with his explanation, we decided to go with Regency out of the five Contractors we spoke with due to honesty.Mathew was able to schedule me within the same week they came early in the morning started to work and remove the 120 year old plates on the roof and had to redo the Dormer splashes because the previous Contractor used the wrong materials so they removed the aluminum to copper.Mathew stopped by several times a day with Brian to supervise the job and answered my questions and concerned to make sure everything was finished as planned.Thank you Regency and Matthew for Everything.

Regency Home Improvement is a family-owned business and they really care about their reputation. Matthew has demonstrated his integrity from the beginning to the finish of the project. We had a leaking problem with our chimney and invited multiple contractors via Home Advisor to inspect, diagnose and provide cost estimate. Although Regency was not the cheapest quote, I felt comfortable with Matthew s professionalism and his explanations because he actually inspected around the whole chimney. He was also honest with me when he gave the initial estimate on repairing the crown and told me that it could change because he did not see the conditions of the flue inside. Once they dismantled the crown and found that the flue condition was so bad that rebuilding the whole chimney would be necessary, he also gave me very detailed explanations and provided a very reasonable quote with 25 year warranty. They took care of everything including materials and labor as well as filing application for city permit and inspection on our behalf. The job was beautifully done! And they even gave us a bonus brick based mail box and credit to repair the damaged lawn. We are very happy with them and will use them for future project such as roof replacement when necessary. Would recommend without any reservation!

A very professional family owned operation which takes pride in their family work.

I had hired another company and they didn't show up so I called Home Advisor as I needed the work done today. Regency called a short time later and made an appointment to come in an hour and a half. Matthew showed up right when he said he would and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and done very professionally. I would highly recommend their business. I am going to hire them to do more work on my home! Five stars all the way around!

I needed four done they said they could do: gutter cleaning, gutter repair, driveway repair, siding repair. They estimated 2 (gutter cleaning and repair), and were to send an estimate for the other two. So they did the cleaning and repair for $750... highly over priced. Then the office called to say they would be out the next day, confusing... to do the next job? A mix up. Then the contractor called to say I only paid half -- I had given half as deposit and the other half paid (overpaid) in full on completion. Still no word if they want to do the other 2 of 4 jobs, I guess I need to look for someone else. Just not a professional organization.

Came on time and did a good job. I am waiting for them to start phase 2 on my chimney.

I hired Regency to replace a poorly installed gutter and they did an excellent job. They explained to me exactly what components needed to be replaced in order to prevent the type of damage my old gutter had experienced. Overall a hard-working, honest, and reliable crew.

Regency provided a free estimate that covered what I requested to have done. They also suggested additional roofing repair/replacement that absolutely needed to be done, and showed me why! Of course this cost more, but it also involved so much more. Beams, rafters, plywood, ice dams, sheathing and shingles, gutters...not anticipated to be done, but on my 125 year old house could have jeopardized both the family room and the master bath. The two man crew worked in sync for the days they were here, working till dark and fully explaining what they finished for that day and what they were going to do the next day. I am confident the quality of the work performed is top shelf as I was shown work at every step of the way. There was a LOT of debris from the old shingles, plywood, and Yankee gutters and there was NOTHING left when the job was completed. I also asked about other projects that they might be able to do. When I am ready to have those done, I will definitely be calling Regency for a quote on that work as well.

It was easy to set an appointment online for an estimate. They called to confirm the appointment and showed up right on the time. The gentlemen who came for an estimate answered all our questions. They repaired our gutter for a fair price. We will definitely hire them again.
