We just had Regency install a new roof along with new seamless gutters.The communication was excellent and we were never left with any unanswered question. Matt and the crew came out the day that we were told,did an excellent job and cleaned up like a job of that nature was never done. The next day another crew came out and they did a fantastic job on the gutter installation. I would highly recommend Regency to my family and neighbours.

Matt did a great job on cleaning my chimney and educated me with the chimney code of the township.A stainless steel chimney liner was required on my chimney to make it safe and he was able to install it same day in a couple of hours. Regency replaced my 5" sectional metal gutters to 5" seamless aluminum gutters.They were the 3rd company that came to give a quote, they were not the cheapest but I decided to go with them because they were more professional,experienced and took time to explain all the components and procedure of the project.Job started yesterday and finished same day as they promised.The color of the new gutters matched my fascia 100% as they promised.They were very fast and I still can't believe how the technicians could walk that easy on my roof considering the 9/12 pitch. They're worth it!Great Company!I would highly recommend them!

Great contractor from start to finish. Regency was one of the few contractors that showed up on time for the quoting process. They showed up on the day they were scheduled to start the work. They finished when they said that they would finish. Their clean up process was thorough. The materials used were top quality and the workmanship was excellent. In my 30 years of working with contractors, very very few do all of the above mentioned tasks and Regency did them all. First class operation.

There was water dripping on the side of my attic chimney and Matthew came to do the inspection and gave me a good price to fix things up. The crew came later that week and were prompt. They did a wonderful job on the chimney and answered all my questions and also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Finally the problem was solved and I do not have to worry about the chimney anymore. Gotta recommend Regency BIG TIME. When I need some work around here in the future, I know who to call. I'm very picky when it comes to home issues because you don't want to make an investment that will result a failure in the months forward, but Regency is my go to company. They were very professional and communicative.This is the second time that I hired them after they confirmed their professionality at my roof replacement.This project took them 4 days,they worked very hard(10-12 hours a day) to finish my project on time and before my wife's birthday as that was my request. I paid a little more than I expected due to more damages found on the foundation wall but everything went smoothly,they handled it perfectly and the price was fair. Again they did an excellent job and I'm very happy with all the experience. Thank you Matthew and the hardworking crew!!!

A family owned business and is very professional .Responded very quickly to our request for service. Had the top 1/3 of our chimney rebuilt and flashing replaced due to water intrusion. Very happy with the appearance and workmanship of the job. Haven't had any signs of water since the job was completed. A bit pricey but did an excellent job.

We have hired plenty of contractors for various projects, and they are the best we have ever dealt with. Thorough, professional and quality workmanship. Regency put a new roof on my 3600 sq. ft. roof. The entire roof was redone from top to bottom. All sheathing, fascia, soffit, felt, shingles and ancillary were replaced. The job was done in about 5 days. The estimate was accurate outside of the sheathing which is very tough to gauge until previous shingles are ripped up. We had to replace all sheathing also. Again, you dont know it needs to be done until the singles are up. The crew on site communicated well as I made many on site visits and watched fairly closely. They explained what and why things were being done. I may have been a bit of a pain, but a 35K job warrants a little watching. Dont hesitate to get on them. They handled it extremely well though. I was satisfied with the work they did. Again, it is tough to gauge until the storms and winters come, but so far, so good. I have recommended them to friends and family and I can say for sure that you wont be disappointed from Regency. They are the best out there!
