They cleaned my chimney and fixed the flashing. They found some shingles that were blew off by the wind,evaluated and repaired those as well as informed me about the condition of my roof. Showed me the pictures before and after they did the work. I will use them again for my roof replacement!

We hired Matthew based on professionality and initial presentation. They were willing to do the job we wanted and did not try to upsell the job. All of the personal that came to the job were pleasant and listened to my questions and concerns. They answered my questions to the best of their ability or had a supervisor address the issues as they came up. Overall the job went smoothly and any issues that needed to be addressed were handled immediately without question or pause. I like that they will stand behind their work in the years to come. We are satisfied with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend and/or use Regency in the future. It is also a plus they are a family owned and operated business.

My wife and I had a few home improvements that we needed done ASAP. Based on the great reviews on home advisor I contacted Regency Home Improvement to install new vynil siding, new roof, gutters, new porch, new windows & vynil fence. They also installed a front door, which he painted, and 2 storm doors. He painted my new porch, steps and the cement foundation around the house. He also took the time to go with me to Home Depot to assist me in getting the correct items I needed. He treated this project as he was working on his own home. Matthew gave us many helpful suggestions and was very attentive to every detailed. He and his team did an outstanding job. They exceeded my expectations. I've gotten so many compliments from my family and neighbors. I am definitely using him again for additional home improvements in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone. Matthew was very patient explaining his technique and he did exactly what he said. He was on site for the major work and his workers follow all safety standards. Their pricing was fair, and I did not feel like I was taken advantage of, unlike some other roofing companies. I did extensive research on this company- they did give me about 10 names of people to contact as well. No one had anything negative to say. The work looks to be high quality, but of course, time will tell. They do have a lifetime warranty and follow up on any issues that may arise. They really care about what they do and they want your 100% satisfaction. Would recommend you consider/use this company.

Working with Matthew was a great experience from start to finish.He did not just re-built my chimney but he also teached me a lot about chimneys and roofing problems and how to avoid them,young guy and very knowlegable. He was very professional and reviewed several options for the needed work. The work was scheduled and performed in a timely manner. The brick work looks terrific. The crew was very responsive to questions and took their time to make sure we were happy with the results. They cleaned up like no work of that nature was done at my house. Highly recommended.

I had many contractors coming over to my house to check my roof but no one could find where the water was coming from.I am glad that I found Matt and the staff and Regency.They were able to find where the water was coming from which was not from the roof but from the siding.They had to replace the siding and the flat roof together with the plywood and some of the raftersbecause of the water damage.They cleaned up all the debris at the end. Now everything looks great and we have no more leaks. I would definitely recommend Regency to all the people that I know.

Matt went above and beyond all my expectations especially with matching 100% the color of the existing roof with the new shingles. I appreciated his knowledge and patience. We had 2 leaky areas in our 2 years old roof.My husband and I decided to completely re-do our roof after the previous contractor was not taking responsibility of his terrible job. Problem was we had no idea who to use after that horrible experience. After some research we reached out to Regency Home Improvement. This was the best choice, the price was higher than the previous contractor but now that I went through it I would rather pay more and get the job done right than paying cheap and fill up buckets and buckets with water coming from my roof.  I am totally impressed with all the members of REGENCY. Every step of the process was explained before the work started and was done exactly how they said. Communication with the office was courteous and efficient. The project manager Mr.Matthew and the work crews were equally professional, courteous and efficient. Regency Home Improvement was Outstanding from start to finish!
