Roff provided the highest quality roofing solution among the others I quoted. While they were not the lowest price, the value was high, as was the integrity. The team was very careful of our property and did a very good job of cleaning up and fixing a damgaed light fixture.

The way work should be done. As a homeowner for 30+ years, I've had to contract a good number of services for repair and renovation. Some turned out good, some not so good, and every now and then you find one that is great. That's where Roff Roofing comes in. They finished a complete re-roof of our home in one day . The owner's son JR, and project manager Manny were on site early with their crew and did a beautiful job. What really stood out to me was not only their hard work, but everyone's professional manner and the care they took to protect my property (landscaping, walkways, patio and surrounding grounds). The company prides itself on its family reputation and that came into play on my job. As agreed, I paid them in full at the end of the work day. Later I noticed some minor issues on the roof and within 10 days the owner was back with his son and remedied the problem. I've since heard stories from neighbors that their roofing contractor (not Roff) has refused to return to the job and/or simply ignored their numerous calls and messages. I was impressed with Roff's sales team and administrative office that handled the sale and know I made a great choice with the products they sell and the workmanship they stand behind. I really feel lucky (and grateful) that I chose Roff Roofing.

Roff Roofing are great! They came out (on time) just to do an inspection for a small ceiling leak. When they realized the problem was snow melt on the roof they came back the same day and removed the snow in about 1 hour. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them for any future roofing needs.

Long overdue, our roof had been in desperate need of replacing for several years. We were aware of several leaks that were getting worse with every rainfall. I set out on the daunting and stressful task of getting estimates for a full replacement and repair. I made a call to Roff Roofing to make an appointment for an estimate. The process was effortless. John Roff showed up at our scheduled appointment time and thoroughly explained the process pointing out our most troubling areas and what would need to be done. I honestly, could not picture our roof finally being in perfect condition after having suffered for so many years prior. John reassured us and took the time to answer every question and address any concern we had. We were impressed with his knowledge, kindness and ability to put us at ease with such an enormous job ahead. I did my due diligence and obtained 6 other estimates from local roofing companies with excellent recommendations. All were professional and friendly but at the end of the day it was Roff Roofing that made us feel the most comfortable. They were happy to work with our time schedule and when our date was set we felt a HUGE weight had been lifted off of our shoulders. I'm in awe of the "well oiled machine" that John and his son have created. I've never seen a crew work so hard and so in sync with one another. I literally cringed at the physical man power it took to remove the 2 corroded layers of old roof and all the damaged plywood. This team was absolutely amazing! Right before my eyes our once horrible roof had been transformed into this GORGEOUS brand new, solid, flawless roof! They did a beautiful job cleaning up the disaster our old roof had caused. We were expecting a deluge of rain the very next day and I had joked with John that I felt confident that I could finally remove the large bowl I've kept on our fireplace mantle to collect the leaking water after every rain. No leaks! I can't say enough about the integrity and quality of work that John Roff, his son and awesome crew performed. I like the fact that John Roff came to the house to prepare the estimate and he or his son were on-site for nearly the entire project, overseeing the work and explaining various things to me. The crew were very personable, neat and professional in their work. There was a small issue that John brought to my attention and took care of immediately, on his own, with no hassle or question. Being a general contractor, as well as roofer, he added knowledge and took steps to avoid water damage issues. They use top quality materials and took care of the cleanup afterwards.

The project went extremely smoothly from the original call for an estimate to coming out and looking at the roof. They made suggestions in what they recommend and in shingle choices. The tear-off and install went very fast and smooth with no problems. The cleanup looked better than before they arrived.

The best part of dealing with Roff Roofing was that I could reach them anytime. It wouldn't be until after dinner that I would answer an email from them and I would get an almost immediate return answer. I was under a time frame to have the work done because of a spend down for medicaid. Roff Roofing came out right away and walked the roof of the garage and house to give me a quote. The two other contractors never walked the roofs. Roff even worked with me in the pricing.

Roff Roofing offers excellent professional service and quality at reasonable pricing. Our experience was a very good one. We are pleased with the new roof, 6 inch gutters and leaders, two skylights and replacement of some facia boards with PVC. Very clean job site. The roofing shingle manufacturer they suggested, Atlas, was not on our radar screen. When looking in Consumer Report came highly rated, who knew. Overall, an excellent experience and good value

We first met John in 2016 when we needed a few shingles repaired on our roof from a bad wind storm. John was extremely professional, honest, kind and respectful and did a great job. So when the time came for us to have our whole roof replaced we knew who to call. John called us back immediately and came right over. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable . After going back and forth with my decision on the color , I ended up with John's first color recommendation, and I'm SO Glad I did.... I absolutely Love it!
