AI obtained four estimates for a roof issue i was having after my chimney was rebuilt. Two of the contractors were happy to install a new roof. One thoughtful company's rep pitched a tempting repair strategy, and then there was Roff. Roff Roofing stood out because they addressed my concerns about the double shingling situation we had. Olivia was great about including the addition of ridge vents in both tiers of our roof. None of the other three contractors even mentioned it. We are already seeing benefits in how the house breathes. Very valuable information and really worth it. After a heavy rain we had our roof leaking into our bathroom through the attic. Roff was able to fit us in the day after we signed the contract and their guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. They used Certainteed Landmark Pro products and we are very happy with the job they did. out of all the things we have paid to have done to the house the roof is the one we are most happy with.

Wanted Velux skylights to replace the cheap ones that were in the house when we bought it. Velux recomended a contractor in the Denville / Rockaway area called them and yes they called right back but blew off 2 appointments to look at the job. Remembered seeing Roff signs in the area and always thought nice work called they called right back showed up for estimate and all said and done 2 weeks later skylights are in. Would not hesitate to call them for other work great people to work with.

The team worked hard to a high-quality standard and took great care to tidy up the site after completion. John showed up to check out our roof after we saw a damp spot in the master bedroom. You can go on your roof with him or he'll show you pictures of your problems. There is no pressure to replace or buy anything. John goes over all your options and explains everything in detail. He'll hand you a booklet with a wide array of colors and shingle types if you decide to replace your roof. He'll also show you the vent types they will install. The builder on Helms Mill Road cut a lot of corners, so we opted to replace. John was able to show us houses he did, so you can see the different shingle types and colors. The owners I checked all recommended Roff and were very happy with the work The Roff team showed up at 7:30 and went right to work. Each employee knows their responsibilities and gets to it. They are an efficient, professional and respectful team. They moved and covered the furniture on my deck, treating my property like it was their own. They tear the roof down to the plywood. Your roof is then sealed, wrapped and shingled. They upgraded the ugly white PVC and cheaper venting with higher end products that match the color of your shingles. The roof looks beautiful. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I saw them walking behind our vinyl fence to make sure there was no roof paper left behind on my neighbor's property. They make sure your property looks exactly like it did before they showed up. They did the entire job in a single day. They do more than just roofs. We're also using them for additional home improvement work. Again, John will show you a lot of impressive work they've done from decks to kitchens. It's a family run business that does not cut corners. I highly recommend them and am glad we used them

EXTREMELY HAPPY with John Roff and his office staff. I needed a minor roof repair. Before I knew about Roff roofing I called several other roofing contractors and NONE of them even called me back. Then I found out about Roff and stopped into their store front office. Allison and Kyle assured me that they wanted to help out with my problem. They setup an appointment for John to come out to see what needed to be done to repair my roof. John promptly showed up on schedule and quickly went up on the roof to determine what was causing my issue. Once he saw what was wrong, he said he could repair it now. He did a very professional job repairing it. I am very happy that I found John Roff. He could have said that I needed a whole new roof instead of repairing it. That to me shows a lot of class. My fiancé and I recently closed on our first home together and found out just how horrible home owners insurance companies can be. Despite the fact, we needed a roof immediately. I did some research and came across this company. I read reviews as usual, checked out their website, saw how they offer 100% financing with great rates, read about how their company began and how each employee became part of their family and decided to reach out to them. Let me begin by how simple it was to contact them via Google messaging. They really do respond fairly quick and are extremely kind, plus they are dog lovers so that totally gained brownie points in my book! The next day, Alison called me to set up a date to have our roof looked at amongst other issues we inquired about. She was able to accommodate us based on our availability needs. We were informed that Andrew Spino would arrive to discuss our request and go over details. I was informed it would take roughly an hour. I was not home for this initial meeting, but my fiancé was and the one hour discussion turned into a two hour discussion. This was only due to the simple fact that Andrew truly connected with Dylan and proved to be honest, straight forward, caring and understanding of our situation, and he was willing to work with us. Needless to say, Dylan told me how much he truly liked Andrew and wanted to go with their company. The entire time Andrew stayed in contact with me via texts, emails and calls to update me on conversations I could not be present for or just to keep me up to date on the progress of our project. To skip through an extremely long and detailed description I could offer on how amazing this company is, let me put it as short as possible. John, the owner, truly created one BIG amazing family who work together as a team to complete jobs based on customer needs. The best part about this company though, they understand and are honest about the information they provide. They are family oriented and will treat you the same. I was not home when the project began, but Dylan told me how much our dog, Thor, adored Brenda, Johnâ s wife, and their crew. This again, was a major plus for me because dogs know best. Both Kyle and John Jr, John and Brendaâ s sons, also played a vital roll in this process by reaching out with any questions we had. John Jr. was present when I arrived home from work and was able to provide me with an update as to the status of the project on day one. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I was amazed just how quickly but thoroughly Roff Roofing was able to complete this job. Our house literally looks â youngerâ as Dylan would say. I truly want to thank everyone at Roff Roofing for treating us like family and doing an exceptional job as promised! I cannot begin to say how happy I am with my experience with Roff Roofing. From my first contact through the completion of the project, the staff was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Everything went exactly as planned. I never felt pressured as we went over my options. Their knowledge and professionalism was very reassuring while I learned about the process and chose my materials. It was very stress-free. I now have a new roof, new gutters, and new siding. Everyone on each of the installation teams was extremely skilled, professional, and pleasant. Their attention to detail and workmanship was extraordinary, and you could tell they all took pride in their work. The contractors followed up after each phase was completed, thoroughly inspected all the work, and confirmed that I was happy before moving on to the next phase. The results are beautiful. Fast & quality service and great job with cleanup

A few weeks back we discovered a small leak in our roof. We called a few companies to check it out. Kyle Roff of Roff Roofing came out the next day and gave us an honest consultation and estimate. We ended up needing a full roof replacement and thankfully so! When the repair began it was discovered that whoever put the roof on this house back in the mid 2000â s did a very unsafe job!! The roof decking did not go rafter to rafter and was nailed to itself and not the rafters!! There were several other shortcuts noticed too, one big one was our bathroom fan vented into the attic! No outside venting at all. Kyle was very informative and let us know exactly what was needed to make all the repairs and what materials they would use to give us a great roof! They even included a bathroom vent in the roof for free!! While they were here John Roof took the time to see if our oven/range vented correctly and low and behold that too is not vented! That just vents into the soffit! John showed us what vent conversion kit to buy and has offered to put it in for us too (I havenâ t taken him up on that yet, but I will). Roff roofing is a family-owned local business and a true pleasure to work with. They are clean and fast too! This was all done in a day and other than the brand-new roof and vents you would never know there were here. They did an outstanding job. They offer financing too and that is a great bonus at 0%. I look forward to hiring them for a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel in the future!

This is a great family owned company located in Hackettstown. I had my roof and gutters replaced and I can't say enough about the professionalism of John and his teams.
