When I woke to find the snow and ice on my roof was causing a leak on my three-season porch I started calling roofers in a panic. At that early hour of the morning I was getting voice mails but was immediately impressed that John returned my call within minutes and said he could be there shortly. What a relief! John took extra care to remove snow and ice without damaging my roof and stayed to make sure the leak was stopping. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. The price was very reasonable too. I would definitely use this company again.

John called us within a few minutes of our inquiry on Home Advisor on December 23 when we discovered a leak in our family room from the flat roof above. A major storm was heading our way and we had visions of the ceiling falling on our heads on Christmas. John came right over, carefully scoured our roof looking for the culprit leak, took video to show us his findings, and made repairs that solved the problem. When the weather cleared he came back to check. Ecstatic would describe our satisfaction level. We will definitely talk to him about some other home renovation projects we have in mind.

John, repaired a rotting porch column and properly secured the stairs going down from my back deck. John did a fabulous job, and unlike some other estimates, he did not try to sell me more than I needed. His price was reasonable for the work that was done. His repairs look great and are holding up well. I will definitely call him next time I need work.

I could not find anyone to work on a Victorian house over 100 years old. Roff roofing came and did a great job doing the porch roofing and gutter repairs. I give John an A+!
