The whole process from scheduling to payment was a breeze. The repair man was able to diagnose and repair our stove in a timely way and clearly communicated what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Over all a good experience.

If I could give Moses 10 stars I would. He quoted me a price to fix my Wolf microwave. While he was fixing it he saw several more problems. He did not leave my house until he was sure everything was 100%. Instead of being here one hour he was here 3 hours. He wouldn't give up until her was sure everything worked right. I highly recommend him for his honesty, knowledge and reliability. By the way his prices are very reasonable.

The entire experience was fantastic. I wanted to mention that I am a Lexus mechanic and I trouble shoot AC systems all mechanical failures and I know a good technician when I see one. The technician was very competent, entire experience was no pressure and I will definitely recommend this company for all my home appliances.

Moses arrived at the scheduled time and quickly realized that it was a costly repair that should not be completed on the machine. I appreciated his honest opinion and thought the $60 for the service call was fair. I will call him in the future when I need an appliance repair.

Extremely poor He is in the business of pretending to be a repair professional but should be a gofer for some one that knows what there doing. Did not fix the oven and I had to fire him before he would do damage to the refrigerator. I so mad.........

They responded and advised the machine needed a timer. Price quoted for timer was close to price of machine. After buying and replacing the timer myself, the machine was still not working. After consulting with You tube University, I changed the agitator for about $20. Problem solved. Repair man was confident, and inaccurate in diagnosis. Overall service before inaccurate diagnosis was great and very professional!

It was great. They were very professional. Moses came quickly and fixed the fridge in no time and although he ordered a part to make sure it was operating properly, he checked in a few days later and since the fridge was running smoothly, he refunded us our payment for the part and gave it one last look to make sure it would not cause any further issues.

Went great. They show up on time. They explained everything so I could understand and the price they quoted was the price I was charged. I highly recommend.

The machine needed a new pump - they ordered the part and returned a week later when the part arrived.

It went well. Moses explained the process as he performed the work.

Mosses initially thought it was a rusty bracket. He replaced the bracket, reassembled the machine and tested. The problem remained. He disassembled once again and discovered a garment was trapped between the drum that was causing the leakage. A problem I had discovered on YouTube but could not find the garment without disassembling the machine. Therefore, I had to call in the experts and spend a little more than I wanted but hopefully I just bought another couple years of life on my machine.

Moses came at the reserved appt time. Was very knowledgable with this fridge My fridge was beyond repair . I'm glad I had him come to check it out so I didn't have to postpone the buying of a new fridge. I'd use him again if I had the need.

What we liked: The contractor &Moises was professional and solved the problem quickly We were very pleased with the repair work. He also answered a question about our air conditioning and was helpful The call center was courteous What we didn't like He did forget to turn the water back on, so the machine didnt fill but we resolved that by phone We had a misunderstanding however on price. Based on what we saw on angie's list we thought the service call would cost $90 for a diagnostic fee and the first hour. When the tech arrived he said something different But I said I understand from Angie's list the diagnostic fee would be $90 and cover the first hour. He agreed However, after the repair the tech said the cost would be $60 for diagnostic fee plus $99.99 for the repair We showed him the $90 diagnostic fee as listed on Angie list. >We also showed him that the other reviews on Angie's list paid between $60 and 80 The contractor maintains that had we prepaid through Angie's list, the $90 fee would have covered the entire repair but since we didn't prepay we were liable for the higher amount. If that is correct, Angie's list does not make it clear. He did honor a 5% discount from the Angie's list website so our total cost including tax was $162 . He seemed to view this as a big accommodation. We grant that the Angie's list offer on the website did not make entirely clear whether the diagnostic fee includes a quick fix and that there could have been a misunderstanding. But he agreed upfront with our understanding and then charged the higher price later. ?In any case the price charged seems unreasonable for a quick fix. We appreciate that he came quickly and got the job done. We did have another good option who would have come the next morning., the dispatcher understood this and expedited Moises However, this experience works against our trust in both the provider and in Angie's list as a whole We recommend that Angie's list members clarify the terms as clearly as possible and consider prepaying to gain the protection of Angie's list.

The technician was fantastic! He was very respectful and after I explained my problem w/ my A/C he clearly explained service visit charge and warranty coverage. Before I committed to fixing A/C he physically showed me what the problem was. Technician was very professional, reasonable prices, no regrets

The technician went right to the problem and gave me all my options and told me what parts were needed. Also, he told me what it would cost before he did the work so that I would have the option of paying for the repair or changing the part myself. This help me to determine if it would be worth it to make the repair. He was very honest. So, I chose to replace the part myself. I would use him again.

he came to my apt the same afternoon i calld, understood the problem, had the part ready when he arrived got right down to business and did the job. i got to cook my dinner in my oven that night
