Moses has fixed many appliances for me. He has repaired a microwave door, installed a garbage disposal, hooked up a washer/dryer and repaired a dishwasher. Always courteous, professional and honest, I would always recommend and continue to use his services, knowing I can trust his work.

Moses is the best. Very knowledgeable with ALL appliances. Tells you what it is and walks you through it.

It was a very painless experience. Moses is great at what does and is very professional. Also very knowledgeable if you have any questions. If I have any future problems with any of my appliances this the first call I am making !

The owner came gave estimate, took deposit over two weeks ago...no response since then. I called after two weeks was told I would get a return call, still nothing a week later.

Where is the A+++ rating? This was a 10-star experience. I had been fighting my home warranty company and a stream of exceptionally rude ans incompetent service technicians for 6 weeks after my fridge stopped cooling. I found Moises and his team on this list. He came within a day, and fixed the fridge in 20mins and had me back up and running before I could say, "help". He explained the issues clearly and without patronizing me. He suggested some preventative care tips, and helped check out other appliances while on the same visit for a nominal additional fee for my peace of mind (new home, inherited appliances). Payment was simple via zelle. Most importantly both Moises and Lisa are kind, honest and responsive, and were very diligent about covid protocols for my safety and theirs. I can not recommend them enough. If you need appliance help of any kind, you want the skill, demeanor and integrity of someone like Moises on your side, guys. Call him!

A microwave switch was repaired so now it works again. An oven broiler part was replaced so now I can broil again. Moses repaired both at the same time, didn't mind my watching and asking questions, and knew just what to do. Very good service.

He was readily able to assess the problem with the stove and performed repair in timely fashion. Repair cost was very fair and reasonable. My fridge got worse. Repair man came out and said he knew what problem was and had fixed my problem leak. Not only did he not fix leak know the fridge has become a freezer . Every item in fridge is frozen. Really bad work.

Worker was over six hours late; the window was from 12 to 3, and he arrived at 6:15. Right before he got to our house, we had a power failure so he couldn't do anything. If he had come earlier , he could have looked at the oven, but it was no longer available. He didn't have the part with him, although I had told the office what the problem was. I gave him sixty dollars for what I felt was nothing. I then called a service near my house, and was able to have the part replaced very soon after- for much less than was quoted me by Appliance Smart Repair. The worker who repaired the oven also told me that they always carry that part with them!

My technician, (Moses) was professional and punctual. I would hire Appliance Smart repair again.

Responded immediately to my request and came to assess the problem at the scheduled time. He purchased the part I needed and came back the next day to make the repair. He worked efficiently and left the work area clean.

I called and repairman, Moses, came next day. Told me he could repair it. Left to get the part, came back and fixed it. It works perfectly now. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the near future for another repair job.

Fantastic. Moses is a professional with customer service at his core. He was able to solve my dishwasher problem with training. He could have elaborated to cost me more money but he didn’t and I respect that. Trustworthy and will hire again.

Just wanted to clear this up for the record. Overall work completed was outstanding. Only issue I had was minor due to lack of communication. I cannot say anything negative about work performed by Moses. He was professional, polite. Only issue is the answering service needs to be more reliable due to incorrect scheduling dates. Moses was very knowledgeable and respectful and would 100% hire him again if needed. He is a one man show and when you are in demand because of his workmanship I can see why sometimes scheduling can become a minor issue!

This was a disappointing experience. The lower oven in my double was not working. Moses came by, after 10 minutes looking at the oven, told me the top wasn't;t working either, and the problem was the main board and I'd be facing a repair of between $500 and $700. I gave him his $60 for the visit but told him I was going to call another company to see what they said. The second company came by, found that the top oven was working fine, and the problem was just the igniter. 10 minutes for a warrantee repair. Maybe Moses just jumped the gun in his estimate. I am not concluding based on his short visit that he was intentionally inflating the cost of repair. But either way, I would not risk using him again.

The dryer is only a few years old, so I called Appliance Smart hoping to get it repaired. The technician arrived on time, asked questions about the problem I was experiencing, and went to work to troubleshoot. He let me know the problem and ordered the replacement part. The technician returned a couple of days later with the replacement part, and the dryer has been working great since. He was very courteous and professional.

Moses called to let me know what time he would be there. Showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem with no issues. Highly recommend this company.

Moses always finds the problem and fixes it. I always call him for any appliance I have and he has saved me a lot of money..other appliance companies have always said appliance needs to be replaced and Moses always seems to fix it..I think he is the best

They did an excellent- absolutely excellent job. They came when they're supposed to and did what needs to be done. Also, the price is fair.
