Description of Work: Partial bathroom remodel - new tub and fixtures (did not replace toilet or vanity), new wall and floor tile. (Ruffcut brought in tile guy to replace shower/tub enclosure and floor - he doesn't work for them but Ruffcut coordinated the timing with him so I didn't have to worry about that.) This is my 4th bathroom remodel with them (in 2 different houses). Ruffcut does not quote rock-bottom prices, but the estimate is detailed and itemized, and final cost is never over the estimate. We're very satisfied with the work and they are always a pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: I've used them several times. Very professional and usually quick. I only gave them a B for price because I felt 400 was a lot to have the dishwasher and water filter installed. Every other service I had was much more reasonable ( leaking pipe repaired and drain cleared and sewer line checked).

Description of Work: Came on short notice to take a look at a plumbing issue I was having. I was expecting a quote from them via email and regular mail as promised. A month later accompanied with multiple phone calls to them and still nothing. Terrible.

Description of Work: I am a senior citizen in Ridgewood, New Jesey-----I purchased a new washing machine ----but needed a hook up from a plumber (old house)------my neighbor recommended Ruffcut Plumbing as they use him----Ayoung worker arrived fairly promptly but replied he would have to have owner , Harold , look at job-----Made an appointment for Harold for his opinion------he came said hard to hook up but could be done and would have his office call me to set up----waited for weeks , despite calls to office by both myself and my daughter----I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY NOR APPOINTMENT, despite assurances from his office----------NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR PLUMBER !!!!-----Harold obviously was not interested in the job but if that was the case, he should have been honest to tell me instead of leaving me to wring out my wash for weeks awaiting his call---Mona Schineller, Ridgewood, NJ

Description of Work: traced and repaired a leak under the kitchen sink and traced and diagnosed where water was leaking into the garage from my 2nd bathroom shower. Turned out not to be a plumbing problem but water was leaking through the shower stall and into the wall and seeping into the garage. This involved opening wall in garage behind shower and crawling in under the bath. YUK!! Anyway problem there was not involved with plumbing but he offered a lot of advice on who could fix it and how. I would very much recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber. Plumber was punctual,neat and thorough while maintaining a professional and friendly demeaner.
