I used them for over 30 years. They were on time, meticulous with their work, professional and price was fair. They back up their work and always available.

The price was way too expensive for kind of work and not for the quality.

We have a good experience. We use them all the time. After fixing the toilet, it is working fine. I called for an appointment and they came the same week. They came within two days. They would have come the same day but I said that we have another bathroom and it has no problem. I also said that I am willing to wait. I just wanted them first day in the morning. I said that I would just take the first appointment that they have whenever they have it. They came out promptly.

It went fine. They had to postpone it a couple of days because the previous week, they got involved in a job bigger than they estimated. They called that they can't make it today and that they will do it another day. They got the job done and they are nice to talk to.

Excellent. Professional, prompt, courteous, neat and cleaned up after himself. Wonderful experience. Would use again.

I would use them again, because It is very hard to find a good plumber these days and ruffcut is a reliable plumber. I highly recomend them.

opened my kitchen ceiling and found a hole in a pipe. Two plumbers returned 3 days later to replace pipe. I continued to see a leak several times within the following week. Called them and the and quot;receptionistand quot; had a real attitude. When they returned my daughter was home and the plumber, Steve, had a bad attitude and was rude to my daughter. I had asked him to call me when he determined what the problem was and what needed to be done. He never called me. I assumed the problem was fixed since no one called me. the next morning...first shower taken....water dripped right into my kitchen again through the ceiling. I called and the woman was again rude to me on the phone. The owner called me back later in the day. He said. and quot;Oh sorry, i didn't call, but you know we are a very popular plumbing business, and I just didn't have timeand quot; I said , so you knew I'd still have a leak and you didn't tell me. He did know but didn't seem to care. I had to finish the job myself by applying more caulking to different areas of the shower. Boy was I annoyed.

One of the best experiences I have had with regard to repairs. Their service was professional, thorough and efficient and cleaned up after the job was complete!! I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend Ruffcut to my friends!

They came in and took a look at the leaking tank. They needed to order the part and then schedule time for them to come back as soon as possible once they have the part to replace it.

Turned on the water to my exterior faucets in the front and back of the house. One was leaking at the exterior faucet and the other was leaking in the basement where the shut off valve is. Ruff Cut answered my call immediately and had someone at my house on a Saturday which worked out great for me since I didn't have to miss any work. They are always prompt and professional. Have used hgtem before and will do so again.

I didn't like them, so it's unlikely that I would use them again. They were the ones who charged not by the time, but by the job. The guy who worked was totally incompetent and could not do the job, charged me a fortune, and I was really pissed. They really overcharged.

Ruffcut Plumbing Inc was okay. They gave me good information about their various services.

It went very well. I am still happy with the results 3 months later.

We used them before for little things, fix a toilet, etcetera. But on this job they just didn't want to deal with a and quot;problemand quot;. They seem too busy with other customers to work on anything more complex. Sorry to give them this review, but over 3 months without a shower facet was ridiculous.

Punctual, courteous, efficient - truly professional

We have had a leak in our living room ceiling that is not constant, but only happens occasionally. It is very slight, but does cause some buckling of the plaster and some moisture on the floor. We asked Ruffcut to determine whether the leak was coming from the drain for our laundry room, which is almost right above the leak. The plumber came at the time appointed for the visit, and examined the leak and the laundry room, including the drain pipe. He was able to determine that the leak was not coming from the drain pipe, but without opening the ceiling could not determine the source of the leak. Due to the small amount of water leaked, he did not believe it would justify this large and costly job.

We have been using Ruffcut Plumbing for many years for plumbing. They choose good products and did a good job. For whatever reason we have called them they always come quickly and have taken care of things professionally.

They did a good job. No problems. I was satisfied. They had to come back a couple of weeks later. They did not charge me the second time they came out. It was a flat rate, I would not take anyone on hourly. It was a fair rate. It was very good work. When I called them back they came 3 days later. They were on time. They were very professional and satisfactory.

Was a great experience. The whole team was thoughtful, careful and neat throughout the project. They have since come back to work on other smaller items and the experince has been the same.

I made an appointment with them for August 21 between 1and 3. They never showed up. They never called to cancel or postpone or apologize for not keeping the appointment.

Ruffcut's work is excellent, and its prices are fair. The technicians were polite, arrived on time, and did a good job. Furthermore, you always reach a live person when calling the office, and the office staff is always polite.

They were prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, professional.
