I called a ton of plumbers to give me estimates to run a gas line from my house to my grill. I had prices range from $500 to $1,500. Ruff Cut was the lowest by far, they came within 2 days of estimate and they did an awesome job. Harold even took care of all of the permit work for me! Two thumbs way up and I plan to use them again.

They were great. They answer all your questions. They are very nice to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

I chose this company for their overall A rating and proximity to where I live. I was given a specific time the plumber would arrive onboth service calls. On both visits they were a half hour late. Both times I had to call them to find out when the technician would arrive. On one of the calls I was told they were probably getting lunch. How about a courteousy call. When I questioned punctuality I was told it's hard for them to stay on schedule. Then why give specific appointments? I expect better customer service from an A rated company. How about a courteousy call. The good news is when the plumber arrived he was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I had the same plumber on both visits. He worked clean. He completed the work to my total satisfaction. It's the reason I used them twice and would probably use them again.

I have been a client of Ruffcut Plumbing Inc. Company since Harold started it. He has put in two bathrooms for me. He has done all the plumbing work I have ever needed. He has put in furnaces for me. I like him. He is amazing. Once, a pipe connecting the toilet to the mainline broke. The water was flooding and we could not turn the main line for the house, it was not working. I was holding the pipe towards the tub when the whole room was flooding. We called the police and Harold must have picked up our conversation on his little radio in his truck. Harold got here even before the police came. He is very reasonable. They make appointments and they always show up when they say are going to. They have a big staff but they try to send the same person out. Bill always comes for us if Harold does not come himself. He is terrific. I have issues with the plumbing in my house and he knows what it is and what to look for. I love my plumber. Our previous plumber recommended Harold to us about twenty years ago. They do not ask for money when they come, they send the bill. My overall experience with his work has been excellent without a doubt. There were no problems ever. If I were not happy with something, Harold would be right over fixing it. It's so hard to find people that are so reliable; it's absolutely unbelievable. They are very professional. They put things down if they are going to be walking through the house. They think of everything. They are the most wonderful plumbers I have ever had.

We called this company upon the suggestion of several neighbors. We just bought an old house (built in the 1920s) that has not had much updating, and discovered that the "trap" from our bathtub was leaking into our kitchen ceiling. They sent someone out to take a look at the leak--he spent a couple of hours "testing" various possibilities and diagnosed the problem (he was a bright, thorough, and personable young man). Then they sent another individual to repair it (who was also nice), and we have not had another problem. They were clean, thoughtful, polite, and explained everything to me without my even asking (which I appreciate, as I have a great deal to learn). The company seems comprised of honest, competent, and helpful people. I was most impressed and will happily use them again in the future.

We moved into new home and basement bathroom tub and toilet were not draining right. They sent someone out very quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem. They cleaned out scale on the main that had built up from lack of use.

They said that they had cleared the drain, but within two weeks it had gotten clogged again, and we had to have somebody else come in and fix the problem. It seems that the person who came did not do a very good job of clearing the line or he didn’t realize that it was not cleared. In terms of the hourly rate, they were okay on the price. They were responsive coming out and were very punctual. I would not recommend them to others and would not use them in the future.

It was a one handled faucet so you can't just take it apart and put in a new washer. So he got it going with a little plastic part in there and he said well look this thing will last a year maybe because it was a pretty old faucet. So I thought, do I really want to do this? But we had to have the faucet fixed.They did a perfectly good job. He didn't put any pressure on his, just told us it would last about a year. They did a very good job, their price wasn't out of line, and I was happy with them. So we decided let's get a new faucet, so we googled around and found a good faucet. So they said we could buy the faucet from a different store and they would install it for us or we could get a professional discount if we bought it from them which he said would be cheaper. So I looked it up and it would of been cheaper. He did a very good job, they came in and put it in. They were very professional, prompt, and they did the work right. We can certainly say that the price was very reasonable. They were good because it would of been more money if we did it another way. The guy came, knew what he was doing, he was polite, efficient, and he came and he went. They have the nice practice of the guy that comes who has a few people working with him doesn't deal with the money. So they send you the bill instead so its not awkward dealing with him. There was also no sticker shock because he quoted the price, which was refreshing. They came on time and on the day they said. Although they did run into a problem and they were very apologetic but they had to deferred a number of days. The time the faucet wasn't working they came out right away. I don't intend to use anyone else for my plumbing services.

very well ..... they arrived when expected, completed the work, cleaned up and left. I was surprised that they did not want to be paid at the time services were rendered, but issued a bill approximately 2 weeks later.

They did excellent work. Prices are reasonable, work is good and they are always responsive.I've had them do other work in the past such as install a sump pump and changing exterior faucets and am I love working with them.

In a random trip to my basement on Saturday 8/28 discovered a leak in the water supply pipe that comes up from the ground into my home. I don't know how long it had been leaking but it was a fairly large leak as it filled a dishpan in under 10 minutes. I had not used Ruffcut Plumbing before this occasion. They were recommended by my sister so I gave them a call and got the answering service and explained the situation. They promised a call back. Harold called me in less than 5 minutes. I told him about the leak and he said he would have someone there in about 15 minutes. Brand arrived only 10 minutes later. He was very careful and fixed the leak quickly. He suggested I follow up with Harold on Monday to see if any further work would be needed which I did and Harold assured me that no further work was necessary. I was extremely happy with Ruffcut's quick response and the quality of their work. I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
