Description of Work: Steve the owner was awesome. We had an issue with our central ac where we had to refill coolant every season for three years in a row after the original install. The original installer said we had a slow leak and wanted a few hundred dollars just to diagnose the issue and then would have charged us to fix it. C&D came and looked at it, identified a faulty coil that had a recall and then worked with the manufacturing company to get a replacement under warranty even though it was really no longer in warranty. I would have never known the parts were covered by the manufacturer but C&D was honest with me. The labor and time to fix was a few hundred dollars plus the coolant refill charge. The unit worked great last summer with no refill and I recently tested it a few weeks ago when we had a 70 degree day and it's still working great. Trust this company. They are honest, prompt and straight forward to work with which is what I look for.

Description of Work: Routine seasonal maintenance - and a minor repair of humidifier. This is the only yearly service contract that our family invests in! The employees of C&D are friendly and helpful, even if they have to come on Christmas eve!
