Excellent! They always call ahead to tell me that they are on their way within the scheduled timeframe, They always provide a very thorough status and description of a problem IF one exists and offer several options (not just the most costly).

I called this company after another company was very unresponsive with scheduling the install. C & D was very responsive with providing me an estimate and scheduling my appointment within 1 week's time and their price wound up being the cheapest among 3 other estimates. They showed up (2 gentlemen) within the time frame they specified and were very professional and courteous. One of them was very friendly towards my 5-year old son. They explained how they were going to go about the job and that it would take approx 1 hour. A little over an hour later they were finished and explained to me what they did and made sure I understood how to utilize and maintain the unit. I was very pleased with their work and the price and will definitely recommend and utilize their services again.

No issues. The service technician checked the preliminaries on the unit, serviced it and was done in a very reasonable time. The cooling is great.

The technician spent 25 minutes (total) for tune-ups of both A/C and Furnace. This did seem slightly lesser (perhaps because this is my first time getting the tune-up done) than the amount of time required to perform a multi-point inspection on both systems.

The technician did the tune-ups for both systems on one day even though two separate tune-ups for the spring/summer and another for fall/winter months were part of the deal. The total time taken for both tune-ups was around 30 minutes.

The tech arrived promptly and quickly determined that the PSEG override had burned out the thermostat. He recommended that I replace the thermostat and I stated that I wanted to install a Nest version. He did not have one on hand, so he prepped everything for me to purchase and install one myself. He gave me his cell number should I have any questions and asked me to confirm that the job was complete, which I did. I plan to signing up with C&D for an annual service contract.

We interviewed a number of parties and did our research. The C&D company from start to finish provided us the professional attention and service we wanted. Their reputation preceded them, and they did not disappoint. The technical detail and installation was excellent, and the warranties and product implementation was above and beyond all other companies and products.

Service was prompt and responsive. Ray came and fixed the problem, then ran through the entire house's systems to familiarize us with how it works.

C&D continues to be best in class. We've used them three times and all three times have been a great experience. This last service happened on a Sunday afternoon. Within two hours they came onsite and diagnosed out problem. Parts were special ordered and everything was fixed by Tuesday. Great experience.

The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He pointed out some rust spots on some of the ductwork and recommended a replacement. He estimated the price and moved on - I appreciated not getting a hard sell. I plan to make the repair with C&D in the future.

They said the a/c was bad, and they were very unhappy about it, because I ordered a/c tune-up. In fact I moved in a few month ago (may 2014), and the a/c worked well for a few months, and suddenly the air coming out from the a/c was no longer cool. It seemed like the previous owner patched the a/c before selling the house to me, but I was blamed for that.

First off, the appointment was easy to make. The office to take my call was open at 7AM on a weekday which is great. For busy people, getting hold of someone before 9AM is very convenient. Secondly, I loved that on appointment day the office called me to tell me the technician was x miles and y minutes away. Once at my house, the technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He knew his stuff and did not try to up-sell me on anything. Technician was experienced, polite, courteous and articulate; exactly what I hoped for from a service company. He even threw in a small bottle of oil for one of the parts that needed lubrication. He understood that I was capable of doing my own maintenance (on certain items) and showed me how to oil the certain machinery. I had a good experience with this firm and will be using them again for routine maintenance and any other issues that might develop. Kudos to the firm for making the service appointment go smoothly. I like supporting local businesses and this firm will be on my speed dial for future work.

Service employee was insistent I needed a "union" installed so he could clean out the drain pipe. Maybe so, but $170 to install a plastic part that I can get for less than $10? I will think twice before buying any more Angie's specials from now on.
