Description of Work: We have had a service contract with C & D since March 1999 when we moved into our new home. They do spring air conditioner service and fall furnace service. They replaced both furnaces June 2015 and our heating this winter has been excellent. They made good recommendations which we took. We have been most pleased with all services they have performed.

Description of Work: C&D handles our HVAC services at home and in our office building. They are very professional and care about their clients.

Description of Work: C and D Cooling and Heating. I picked them because they were close to our home, had good reviews and were not the cheapest. As a contractor I know my time is valuable and I'm not looking for a cheap job. They called me back to set up a time very quickly. They called to confirm they were on their way prior to showing up. They were clean and knowledgeable. They pointed out how to properly maintain my system and informed me that they do have service contracts. They were not pushy at all. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced a defective circuit board in furnace when fan wouldn't engage with a/c compressor. Was warned during routine service call two years earlier that it was on borrowed time, but to wait until it failed and they could take care of it then.

Description of Work: I have a Comfort Protection Plan with C&D and have for many years. The plan includes the winter and summer check of the units. If filters have to be changed, that is included in the price. They have always provided extremely good service. I particularly like that their servicemen take the time to explain things if you ask a question and are willing to actually take you to the unit and show you what you are asking about. The few times I have had to have emergency service, they lived up to the letter of the plan(you get priority emergency service).
