This company shows what every roofer should be: honest, reliable, prompt and knowledgeable! He gave us a great price and made no attempt to inflate it--something I really appreciate. He arrived when promised, worked intensely and finished promptly. He even showed me a photo of the finished roof! Excellent choice! I highly recommend him.

Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely, friendly. Quote was reasonable and explained in depth. On time for inspection and repair. He went above and beyond fixing some things he on the missed in initial inspection and no additional charges. When the rain came I felt so good that my roof is good for years to come. The crew did an amazing job from start to finish. When we had questions during the build and called the office, the owner came out to us and personally walked around the site with my husband to answer questions. He could have just called back but he went the extra mile to actually see us and see the work to make sure everything was all right. We have other projects to complete around our house and will be using them again. We were very happy with their service.

Responded immediately to my project and came out the next day. Charged a reasonable price and completed the job within about a hour give or take. Very professional, respectful, reliable and prompt. I highly recommend using United Pro, I already have another job lined up for them.

My husband and I had a great experience using United pro We were referred to them during escrow after another roofing company was unable to come do an in-person inspection due to COVID related circumstances. We called and spoke with Benny and he came right out an inspected the roof and provided wonderful documentation that showed the poor condition of the roof. We were able to get a credit from the sellers as a result, and Benny gave us a very competitive bid on the roof replacement. Great customer service!

I was really impressed with the responsiveness and quick scheduling. I haven't used their services yet, so I can't report on the quality of the work, but they did come highly recommended by a friend who used them for a tear off and re-roof project several years ago. The roofer we used four years ago left us with a brand new leak and has not responded to our calls for repair for more than 2 years...this is part of why United pro quick reply meant so much to me. I received a response within 3 hours and had two phone calls in response to my voice message (which I left before )! Thanks guys

United pro was responsive, professional, and thoughtful with all of our communication throughout the quote process for our rod replacement. Their follow up was superb and he patiently answered any question we had. While we ultimately decided to hold off on replacing our roof, we would certainly recommend Benny and United pro to anyone in need of a pro!

I shopped around for quotes after half of my roof was damaged with winds early in the winter and called United Pro for one final quote after already having 12 in my hand everyone was pretty much comparable but what would make the difference was Benny . He was very personable very knowledgeable samples in hand gave me a lot of feedback gave me option. pricing was negotiable to an extent but here is the difference... it was all inclusive there was no hidden charges there was no drama there was no conflict. top of the line foreman and crew! they cleaned up after themselves. I'm extremely happy with their service and my incredible new 30 year roof. Thank you Benny for an incredible experience a hot can-do attitude and top-of-the-line customer service and experience.

Wow phenomenal work from United pro! My ratings: 1.) Customer Service is grade "A." 2.) Work is grade "A." 3.) Price is the middle of the road. Why is it middle of the road with the price? Out of the eight-nine roofing companies that I interviewed. United Pro's price was in the middle compared to other companies. United Pro . has a ten-year warranty for labor and 30 years for material. Most roofing companies usually give you only a five-year warranty. Thank you, United Pro , for your help bringing a smile to my 84-year-old mother's face.

He is down-to-earth and empathetic. He always provided me with his honest opinion. He was transparent with my family and Ime through the whole process. This experience with United Pro . was smooth and easy, like Sunday morning. United pros roofing team re-roofed my home in a matter of 3 days. The house is about 756 square feet. It would have been less time, but there were a lot of shingles that the team had to get rid of. The assignment was done just before the recent one-day storm; so, we were able to put it to the test; and it passed with flying colors. The roofing team was highly knowledgeable. These guys were able to tear off our 30+ year old concrete tile roof, replace over 40 sheets of water damaged plywood sheets and install the new asphalt shingle roof in 2 days! That?s right, 2 days! The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. Benny was excellent, easy to work with and kept us informed of the progress and were always upfront with us. had to deal with my roof leaks a few times with different roofers that wasted time and money $$$$. I called United pRo , in 45 minutes was at my door. He was the only person with the price is right and how to tackle my problem. Within a few days it was done right and to my satisfaction. The roof looks fantastic and I know the way it was done that it will not leak. Five workers on the roof and the job was done quickly and they left it very clean, Great Job!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

United Pro did a excellent job installing the 4 roof vent caps for bathroom exhaust fans through our old roof. I contacted them through yelp projects and they quickly responded with a time for an estimate. Benny arrived perfectly on time and he gave me a great estimate. As soon as it stopped raining long enough, they promptly installed the vents in just a few hours. United Pro was easy and friendly to communicate with. I wish all the contractors we hired were as easy to deal with as them. We were impressed by the distance they go for their customers. I called United Pro to give me an estimate on my roof. The technician was a very nice person, cordial and to the point. He took a look at my roof and measured it, within 10 min he told me the exact measurements and gave me the price. Unlike other contractors where they try to use big words to try and sell u something, the technician was straight and was the best price out of the 3 companies I called for an estimate. They started the tear off and by the after noon they had taken all the shingles down and began with the new shingles. By the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire property and finished the roof entirely. Hassle free and most important stress free, i dont have to worry about stepping on nail either becuase they used a magnet to pick up all the hidden nails which was cool. Overall United Pro is a top notch compant. I will be reffereing them to all my friends and family and will be using them for all my future projects. THANK YOU UNITED PRO!!!

We were contacted by Benny through thumbtack for a patio roof leak repair per our request. He scheduled an estimate appt with us. We found Benny to be timely and he not only gave us a reasonable quote but he came prepared and did the repair on the spot. Approximately a week or so later one seam leaked again and so I called him and with two days later he came and redid the seam . Benny came on a Sunday no less to help us with OUR time crunch. We found him to be timely, friendly, expanatory to the issue, motivated to get the job done efficiently and that he stands behind his work.
