United Pro Construction did a great job on my project. They were professional, on time, and delivered high-quality work. Iâ m very happy with the results!

They were contracted to replace the shingles on my roof but, without our permission, removed the plywood with out any prior notice. They then claimed it was rotten after the fact, they did not ask permission to remove it and just went ahead. After that, they removed our insulation, which was perfectly fine, and charged us an additional $20,000 on top of the original $7,000. This put my husband and me in a difficult position, as we had not budgeted for such a significant expense, and the entire situation was poorly managed.

They were top notch from the start and easy to deal with. Work was done quickly, excellent quality with minimal impact on premises. Could not be happier! The work looks beautiful and is just what I wanted. I especially appreciate the window siding that 3 other contractors told me they could not or would not do!? I am beyond impressed and they were the least expensive!! I highly recommend!!

Iâ d say it would take a lot for someone to impress you in your own field, but united pros made it look easy. As a former construction worker myself Iâ d say itâ s hard to make me favor your work over mine. Especially at my old age. Considering how much Iâ ve done in my golden ages. But I can say without a doubt united pros have blew my socks away. I am not at all ashamed to say that they are legit pros. There work speaks for its self highly recommended. They can show you better than I can tell you!

The company name should be changed to â best in the world or itâ s freeâ unfortunately there would never be a free service. However it for sure 100% will be the best in the world. Just all around wholesome organization that cares about there customers and does amazing work with every project. I absolutely love united Pro construction. United Pro Construction employees were great to work with. They called me back immediately and kept me up to date on the progress of their arrival. Once at my home, Benny determined that what was needed was an easy repair and made those repairs on the spot. Price was right! Very pleasant experience!

The owner-Benny is very nice but push me and my wife very hardened rush about the charge. He even didn't look at the project thoroughly and rush to give us the price and very high price for more than other contractor.s estimate.He even didn't give us three grace days to think about our final decision and wanted us to sign the contract and deposited the first payment.I asked my lawyer who told me he violated the law but his subcontractor already started the work--to teared down our chimney's bricks. He promised to give us 15% discount for seniors. He is very nice but very eager to have our job-to tear down the chimney and rebuild it and actually just need to repair.

United Pro Construction staff were easy to work with. They went up and above what I could ever expect. They work quickly but not to the point where they left things undone. My quote was on target and was very pleased with the quality workmanship. They not only replaced my siding and gutters, they were very skillful in suggesting things that that added value to my home. The masonry work was spot on even with my wifeâ s fine eye to perfection was able to please. United Pro Construction transformed my home. My Neighbors passed by and complimented us on our the choice of colors and style. United Pro Construction also custom bills a protocol in the front where we never had one before. They did an inspection of my roof and told me that I didnâ t need a new one for another 3 years! Any other construction company would of trid to up sell us on a new one. They gave us an estimate to come back in 3 years and honor that quote. Now thatâ s a company Iâ m hiring again!

I would like to share the story how I worked with United Pro Construction to transform a long-time neglected and distressed property into a beautiful house. After unexpectedly bought the house at â as isâ condition, I started looking for all kinds of contractors to get price quotes every single day for two months in the summer. I talked to a lot of handsome salespersons from at least six other siding companies. They professionally demonstrated all kinds of siding samples and colors but offered me hefty price quotes and tried to convince me to sign the contracts onsite. If I said the price quote was out of my budget. They would offer me discounts and finance at an overwhelming high interest rate up to 10%. There was one day in Mid-August, I received a phone call from Untied Pro asking to visit the job site and quote the price. Two hours later, a middle-aged man with dust in his hair and face showed up at the front door. I was jaw-dropping seeing him randomly lay the siding samples on the messy, overgrown lawn, I had never seen any salesperson done this before. He looked around the house, 10 minutes later calculated a reasonable price and offered to repair the cracks in the concrete with no extra charge. The guy looked tired in his eyes. I accepted his quote because I was exhausted too and didnâ t want to deal with more contractors. As long as the price was acceptable, just let him do the job. As it said, donâ t judge a book by its cover. The journey began that day. I am glad I made the right decision! The project started with the siding only at the beginning, later as I worked with the crews and learned more about United Pro, I kept adding on more jobs like the stone in the bottom of the house, the portico, the steps, and then the paver, the garage door, the sidewalk, and landscaping. I had the idea, they made it reality and went beyond, never said no, or asked for extra payment. They stayed by my side with patience and effort to help me deal with the regulation issues from the township until we got problems resolved. As time went by, I saw the crew greeting me in the morning at the jobsite with their bright smiles. Somehow, I didnâ t feel they were my contractors, we worked closely like teammates. We put the trust in each otherâ s hands, we share the same philosophy in doing business which is treating customers with honesty and respect. We share the same value in doing work with passion and are willing to take extra steps to make the work perfect one. We share the same goal, the goal to make the broken house an iconic property in the neighborhood. Four months of hard work paid off. Our initial scope of work was limited to replacing the house's front door steps and balconiesâ tile. However, this drastically changed overnight. After the demo work, we realized the damage was extensive, and we didnâ t know when or how it could be fixed. Bennyâ s ability to â mobilize the right resources on short noticeâ , redo the balconies entirely, and manage to marginally affect the original timeline was impressive.
