Removed two layers of roofing and installed a new roof. It will take a couple weeks to evaluate the total job. Hard working crew and Benny is a good person to speak with. Hard to believe the short amount of time from start to end. Right now everything looks 5 stars. I am not an easy person to please.

After receiving multiples quotes for the project, we decided to pick United Pro Construction because of their overall offer which includes the detailed documentation about the materials to be used, proof of insurance, the excellent warranty, and the best price. When it came time to book the job, they let me decide on the day it would be best for me. When they arrived, you could tell that they knew exactly what to do. They were very organized. An issue came up during the job, and they addressed it with a sense of urgency so the job could be done according to my expectation. The job was done timely. They cleaned my property before to leave. Luis is very much customer service driven, which is a great vision, and I felt it from the first time I met him until the job was complete. I am very satisfied with my choice.

They showed up on time. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Kept me updated about what was going on while the work was being done. Area was cleaned up nicely. Job was started less than three weeks after signing the contract. Very happy with the way the new roof looks.

I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. They were able to tear off and remove the entire roof of the house, treat the mold, install all new insulation, install all new wood, tile the entire roof, install brand new gutters in 1 day and 1/2 That?s right, 1 day 1/2 The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. He then came later and washed my porch picked up all debris that was left and the dumpster was picked up 10 min later. My Roof looks amazing and the house looks like nothing ever happened.

Very happy with my new roof. No phone tag required because they had a person that answered the phone. This was the best quote I received out of four other quotes. It was super easy to do business with this company. Everything was beautifully coordinated and in two days I had my new roof. The crew was respectful and caring of my property. They protected the surrounding areas very well including my flowers. Highly Recommended!

United Pro are very kind and good organized. They have good team of workers.They did very nice job including tasteful front gutters for our Tudor. These guys were able to tear off our 30+ year old concrete tile roof, replace over 40 sheets of water damaged plywood sheets and install the new asphalt shingle roof in 2 days! That’s right, 2 days! The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. Both Benny and Mike were excellent, easy to work with and kept us informed of the progress and were always upfront with us. In addition, these guys did not require any money up-front, we paid when the work was 100% complete. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work you need! The workers were prompt to begin work each day. They were very courteous and hard working. The roof when completed was beautiful. We went with an architectural shingle reroof instead of a tile roof. We’re very happy with the whole experience.

Really happy with the crew that replace my asphalt shingle roof. Clean cut (for roofers), really hard working, attention to detail guys. Left my yard cleaner than when they got there. First two days we had a lot of rain, they did what they could safely. They beat competition on price and quality. They did a very professional job from start to finish. We got 3 estimates for roof repairs. Benny, from United Pro was by far the most attentive, thorough and personable of the 3 reps. Not only that, but their estimate was almost half of what the other 2 offered. Benny arrived just 4 days later and the work we needed ended up being more extensive than could originally be determined. There was more rotting wood, and therefore shingles that needed replacing. United Pro completed the entire job without changing the price. He needed more materials, and was able to get them and still finished up the same day. Easy process of getting our roof. Salesman was very specific and informative about choices of shingles and metal. Delivery of dumpster was confirmed and delivered as scheduled. Tear off crew came as scheduled and did a great job preparing the house for the new roof. The metal fabricators came and set up and made the metal sheets. The install crew came and worked in a systematic manner to install the roof. The project contacts at the site and in the office made our roofing project a success. Any questions that were a concern were answered immediately or in a timely manner.

Installers took their time preparing roof and putting shingles on- they did not rush- they were very precise and caring in their work.
