Yalu was on time with his appointment and remained in constant contact while the work was being performed. Bennie engineered the work to our liking and satisfaction and never failed to communicate throughout the process. His team was very respectable and quite easy to work with. overall we are quite satisfied with the work and will consider them for any future projects.

The company fixed the leak in march, but it happened again within a month. They put some tar, but within another month it started to leak again. I have not been able to reach out to the business, and I have tried 4 different numbers without getting an answer.

We had our patio concrete floor replaced with Cambridge paving stones and had our white brick patio walls power washed, with broken bricks replaced. Benny was outstanding. So cooperative and helpful. He made wonderful suggestions. His price was fair. He wanted us to be happy and resolved any outstanding issues in a timely manner. Al who was the tech person and did the actual work was a very nice person. He worked hard. He did everything we asked him to do. I highly recommend United Pro Construction. You will be satisfied with their work and their desire to please.

The contractor was very prompt and very good communicator. He gave me options for materials to control the cost of the repair. He kept his appointment and completed the work promptly. We were able to solve and negotiate any misunderstandings. He cares for his business and will not abandon the client.

They showed up on time. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Kept me updated about what was going on while the work was being done. Area was cleaned up nicely. Job was started less than three weeks after signing the contract. Very happy with the way the new roof looks.

They did a great job and gave me the perfect estimate that for my budget perfectly, everything about this company is 5 stars. The secretary was very polite and respectful and assisted me perfectly. The contractor was such an amazing guy and I felt very comfortable doing business with him! Thank you United pro construction !

I stumbled upon United Pro company while browsing the internet for roofers in my area. I noticed the many great reviews this company had so I gave them a call and asked for an estimate. I contacted other contractors too just to compare. I was very impressed with their customer service. Once I met the owner, I was sure he and his crew were the ones for the job. They were prompt, professional, and caring. The price was extremely reasonable and his crew did an AMAZING job!!!

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with United Pro. I had 4 different sale consultants come out to my house and quote me on a roof. The owner was the ONLY one that went into our attic! He was very up front and honest. Because of the character and knowledge he showed me; I, without hesitation chose to give my business to them.

They gave me a bid for some roof repairs. He was quick to respond and spent time going over everything with me. A very nice, professional guy. He contacted me back to set up a time and was prompt on arrival. His crew found a few additional things during the repair which they fixed without raising the cost of the original quote. They also had to call around several other companies to find the right color match for my replacement shingles. I would definitely use United Pro again. The prices are reasonable, he is professional, and pays attention to detail. All of these characteristics are often hard to find with a contractor these days. Awesome job and I?ll be calling him again, in the future, for other repairs and a full roof replacement when the time comes!

United Pro is the bomb. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the job done within two weeks of meeting him and it is a beautiful job. I would recommend this company to everyone. The house looks amazing.

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.
