They came out to do an evaluation of the mobile home roof, and when they went on the roof said that it only required a little work which they did on the spot. Even though they could have said it needed more work, they did only what was necessary.Benny is very professional and sincere in customer service. Thank You so much, love the work.

We got 3 estimates for roof repairs. Benny, from United Pro was by far the most attentive, thorough and personable of the 3 reps. Not only that, but their estimate was almost half of what the other 2 offered. Benny arrived just 4 days later and the work we needed ended up being more extensive than could originally be determined. There was more rotting wood, and therefore shingles that needed replacing. United Pro completed the entire job without changing the price. He needed more materials, and was able to get them and still finished up the same day. It is obvious that United Pro takes pride in his work, as well he should. Top quality repair...Benny absolutely went that extra mile that, sadly, is becoming more and more rare. Great company! Some of my tiles were blown off and my roof was looking a mess. I called United for some help and they came right away for a detailed estimate! They addressed all my questions and concerns and genuinely cared about my situation. They fixed my roof asap and it looks terrific!

I called more than 8 roofing companies and the majority did not even respond to the phone message. This is not the case with United Pro, the owner. He was punctual and came the time he said he will come to look at it. From the 1st assessment, he told me what was wrong and what it will take to fix it. His price was reasonable considering the size of the project and the location of the leak, almost 30 feet up. I agreed, and he came to fix it on the day and hour he said he will come. Not only did he fix the problem, but he checked the entire roof and took care of problems with the roof beside the leak which he came to fix without adding to the cost. Fantastic! The salesman was amazing, professional, friendly and really great to work with. They quoted me a price that was very low to redo the ENTIRE roof after the recent winds damaged it (the least expensive of all the quotes I got). I was afraid it was a bait and switch but on the contrary they did what they said they would do without a penny more. Finished the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I feel really blessed about the whole experience with Reliable Roofing. Benny helped with the paperwork and payments were all friendly, and helpful. I never felt for one moment I was bothering them when I called with my paranoid questions. Please ask to work with Benny! They will inspect your roof and estimate the work for free then will sit down and thoroughly explain your roofs past present and future in understandable detail. We had the technician who was very considerate of our needs and took the very best care of us. They were out to do the job in under a week after the estimates. Our roof is gorgeous. And they clean up after themselves very well. I would use them again and come highly recommended by us.

had to deal with my roof leaks a few times with different roofers that wasted time and money $$$$. I called United pRo , in 45 minutes was at my door. He was the only person with the price is right and how to tackle my problem. Within a few days it was done right and to my satisfaction. United Pro Construction were very easy to work with and explained everything as well as completed the job onsite. They were very efficient and thorough when fixing my roof leak and Benny also sealed the other pipe boots while up there for the original quoted price. The price was fair and reasonable and they warrant work in case of issues. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone.

United Pro did a excellent job installing the 4 roof vent caps for bathroom exhaust fans through our old roof. I contacted them through yelp projects and they quickly responded with a time for an estimate. Benny arrived perfectly on time and he gave me a great estimate. As soon as it stopped raining long enough, they promptly installed the vents in just a few hours. United Pro was easy and friendly to communicate with. I am in awe of the roof replacement and the clean up! The work performed was perfect. I expected no less. The clean up was, if possible, even better. Four years ago they inspected the roof prior to my purchase of the house. As a result of the inspection, I had the recommended work completed. I wish there was a way to give more stars to this business. We interviewed many businesses for our roof repair but no other business held a candle to benny and his crew (United pro). The job was to be a repair; however, when they were finished, it looked like a brand new roof. They left nothing unturned - right down to making sure all the wood was freshly painted the same color. This group was extremely professional, friendly, timely and did not leave one ounce of trash behind. Marcos came out to give me a quote the same day I called and started the job the following week. Everyone involved in this job was amazing and we would highly recommend United Pro. We will definitely use them again for any projects that come up.
