They damage my gutter pipe while doing some work and kept lying that they were going to replace it. 3 months later they ignore my text and never replaced it, I am in process of filing small claims.

Very pleasant demeanor. Appeared to be straight forward in presenting estimate. I was not available for the start up for the job but he was innovative enough to use the resources of the neighbors.

Poor workmanship inability to follow directions given by town and not executing on agreed on work. Entrance to the driveway was made high at 3-4 inches where the town requirements said it to be depressed at 1.5-2 inches height from the street, 3-4 inches are damaging our car tires - contractor did not follow towns requirements which were provided to them and evened out the driveway entrance curb with regular curb. The contractor has also sent a picture of how the entrance would look like once finished (clearly showing a depressed curb that we agreed on) however that was not done. Concrete sidewalk came out to be wavy at joints showing poor workmanship did receive a discount for the waviness which I am okay with. In my opinion contractor tried to cut corners as no one was present to supervise the work when pavers were being put, inadequate base under the driveway pavers (according to 2-3 contractors asked, and any google search on how to put pavers) there should have been excavation of old driveway and dirt. Gravel/quarry process should have been put under (4-6 inches deep) and 1 inch of sand on top before putting pavers. Top Rank just threw 1 inch of sand on top of dirt (as base for pavers at the expansion) with no gravel/quarry process. They claim that they will come fix if anything happens to those pavers (25 year warranty) Previous driveway was also not excavated they used it as base for new pavers raising the driveway up. There was a hole left couple inches deep at the apron without being covered creating a tripping hazard if someone would fall in it that would create grounds for the homeowner to get sued. Contractor never came to finish up putting polymeric sand in an area of the driveway making me do this myself and putting on extra cost.

The pavers look ok, but they destroyed my lawn around the patio. I called them to come back and fix the damage and they would not do anything about it. I would not recommend using them.

Nick and his team were awesome. He was extremely responsive, gave a fair price, and prompt with everything. And of course, the work is great! I am very grateful to have my beautiful patio for the summer.

Worked with Nick directly - he was friendly, responsive, gave a fair quote and stuck to it. The work - installing Belgian Brick curb - which he did for both my neighbor and me was spot on. Other neighbors saw these guys hard at work, and the quality of it, and were stopping by to get their information.

Nick was excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, and polite! I appreciate that his response time was quick, with a quote the same day. Him and his partner performed the work in one day and did exactly what I wanted. They also made sure they cleaned up everything! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor and I will be hiring them again myself!

John and his crew were great, very nice, and did a wonderful job in replacing my sidewalk. They were very reasonable and they go out of their way to make you happy with their work. They are very knowledgeable and give you what you want plus more. They're not just in it for the money, they are honest, real and do what needs to be done! I highly recommend Top Rank best in town

Was awesome from start to finish! This job was ripping out the existing sidewalk and pouring a new one, same with the base of the driveway where it meets the road (was ripped up from years of the town snow ploughing) and some pothole repairs in the driveway. Came out quickly to give me an estimate - the price was very fair and it was clear they had done this type of thing many times before. Explained everything, was very friendly and helpful. Did all of the work on time, and did a GREAT job - especially the attention to details. Coordinated the permit and the inspection with the town - could not be happier that I found Top Rank!
