Hired to do a patio which came out nice but fell apart within a few months. They do NOT honor their warranty and in fact dont even answer. It is a high risk if they mess up they will not return. My friend used them too and said the same thing. They are no cheaper so go with a company who you know will honor their warranty. Job was absolutely horrible within a few months

This was the easiest contractor to work with. He responds, is reasonably, efficient, thorough and did great work so much that we ended up doing not just our homes driveway, but asked them to also include the entire backyard and with no hesitation them began same day! I appreciate their diligence because they found issues in my foundation and drains and corrected them immediately which they some contractors wouldnâ t have done. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish Top Rank was on time, thorough, clean and did excellent work. John was always around checking in, making sure everything was up to my standards, always available for a phone call or text. Highly recommend Top Rank if you are planning on doing a patio or walkway like we just had. Within a week, they ripped out old patio and two different walkways, and installed a new uniformed patio & walkway. It looks great, exactly what my wife and I envisioned. John was super helpful when making decisions and accommodating when something needed to be changed or added. Will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to tackle more projects.

After having five appointments with different companies I chose top rank renovation because Nick Khim at the house give us options suggestions and different materials that make us feel comfortable because he seems he knows very well what is doing to do after signing up it takes about 10 days for them to start the project , they wear so carefully and everyone on the crew knows what they doing very clean very professional and on top very family people the job it look amazing we are so happy find top rank we absolutely recommend them

So happy for finding top rank renovation they remove the existing bath around the pool rebuilt the step on the back of the house now the pool looks so amazing we canâ t wait to invite our people to join with us for next summer and absolutely we will hear them for the next project which is going to be driveway they did an excellent job professional clean and finable price I suggest them to all my friends

My mistake was I paid in full. They say they will be back but never show up! I would avoid these guys. They seem great but need constant eyes on all work. I paid $88,400.00 for paver driveway, font/rear steps, siding, roof, chimney and removal of all pad work including deck. Sounds great... Read on: I made a mistake with these guys. They started work and all was nice. Nick and John are very polite. My project moved from just paver driveway to pavers in rear and side, front and rear steps, siding, roof and chimney. The estimate for all was ok but since my driveway had the stone already... I received no adjustment. One load of sand for entire project. I went with block for driveway. Edges are crooked and dips presents. Side of house pavers look horrible. They did not remove old blacktop walk, just put pavers on top blocking both side entry doors. Siding never got Tyvek which I paid for. Tried to have extension done but never got done. The entire rear of my house is open to weather and wind. My mistake was I paid in full.
