Nick and his crew did an excellent job installing a retaining wall for us. They were friendly, helpful, and had great workmanship. They worked very hard. And the most reasonably priced of the estimates we obtained.

John and his staff were tremendous!!! From start to finish they were totally professional. He knew what the town required which made for and easy inspection. The work was done quick but more importantly it was done right. All my neighbors are jealous of my new sidewalk. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Top Rank actually cared to do the best job. We went from just replacing the steps to new roof, new siding, replacing lighting fixtures and doors and building a portico over the front entrance. John pointed out possible issues which were resolved quickly. Nick, who came by for the initial meeting had me at "I'm not a salesman, I will be here working on your steps." If you've ever done a remodel or construction before you know there will always be something uncovered, like rotted wood on your roof, chimney needs fixing...but with John's help all were solved. The clean up was fantastic. With all the nails used on all 6 sides of the house and roof, I found one nail in the yard. (We have a dog, so yes, I looked hard) I also believe the pricing was extremely fair. If it rained on Saturday (which it did) they were here on Sunday, really keeping the job on schedule. Obviously I can't say enough good things about them. Hire them, you won't be sorry.

I meet with there representative to review the scope of the project. The works was performed to the specified time line. In addition to the patio they also removed and installed the steps and landing, leading to the back kitchen. There brick work was outstanding!! They steps are beautiful, clean and strait!!! We were very very pleased!!

Top rank is called top rank for a reason great customer service and quality of work any issues we had been quickly resolved with the pavers that were installed John was a pleasure to work with and would recommend to anyone needing mason work and patio pavers.

The crew did a great job on the sidewalk. Replaced an 80 year old sidewalk that had deteriorated badly and replaced stairs in the rear. Price was fair also.

We would recommend for all patio work. Gave us a good price for the work.

John and his team worked very hard on everything and did a wonderful job on the concrete Thursday & Friday. My pavers in the front look great too. They turned an overgrown weeded, nasty looking unused space on the south side of the house into usable clean space. What a beautiful transformation. The best part about this whole project is my sump pumps are not working. (Because they donâ t have to!) Mission accomplished. We are very happy with the job.

John came to my home, took measurements and gave me a quote for my full sidewalk and steps leading up to my house. My home is on the hilly side of the street and I had 9 steps and 2 landings to replace.. I had other estimates done and one was a little under Johns price. He offered to do the job at that price. I decided to go with his offer. The workmanship was great and I am completely satisfied with the job performed. They cleaned up all debris from the job and took it away. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a reliable contractor for concrete work to use them. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I have need for additional work to be done.

I just had my front stairs to my house replaced by Top Rank. From start to finish they did a great job. John was very responsive, he came on time to his initial appointment. He gave me a fair quote and did a great job explaining the work he would do. He gave me a quote on a Friday and completed the job on Sunday. Not only was the job well done but his crew did a nice job cleaning up. I will definitely recommend this company.

Great job replacing patio stairs. John is honest, reliable and is very professional.

Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again.

Finished repaving the backyard in a single afternoon, really fast and professional.
