John and his crew came on time and completed the side walkway/repaired and repointed concrete steps as promised. The workmanship is superb and I am completely satisfied with the work performed. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy contractor for concrete work and roofing.

From the very beginning I knew I was dealing with a professional company. Patricia was very nice to talk with, I got an estimate from John and out of 3 people that I called, he was the only guy who came on time. The other 2 never showed up and they never called. I thought their prices was fair but I needed it done asap. I asked when they could do it by and they started the very next working day. Pete and Gus came over started breaking sidewalk apart another worker then came and poured cement and did an excellent job.

John and Armandy were courteous, polite, and professionally. when asked questions about the job both were polite!

Top Rank did an exceptional job for us. They were meticulous in detail, the craftsmanship was outstanding, and the customer service was beyond fantastic. We had difficulty with the installer/worker doing the job in that he had a poor eye for detail and had to correct his work after our walk way was installed 7 inches off center. He was argumentative and stubborn when discussing the issue and only proceeded to correct the issue after my wife and I laid the first few courses of paves ourselves. The owner of the business, Trish, was accommodating and knocked a couple hundred dollars off the contract to compensate us. We are more or less happy with the final result, but getting there was a challenge.

John, Gus, Peter, and the other guys in the crew did an amazing job for us. John was with us every step of the way, from meeting us when we were at the masonry supply, to helping me with the town, and thru a pretty big job. Patient, polite, kind: the work was absolutely perfect, and the time we spent working with these people was a wonderful experience.

I hired John and this team for repairing my front steps, after meeting with him i decided to get 4 jobs done by him and his team (new steps, walkway, new patio and chimney repaired). Not only is John honest in pricing his work is outstanding and a pleasure to work with. His crew showed up daily on-time and did a fantastic job cleaning at the end of each day. I would hire John and his team again without thinking about it. Best part 3 of my neighbors hired him soon as they saw the work done at my house. Can't wait to enjoy the "new" home this summer!
