Description of Work: He came and cleaned out the basement and the garage. Rick came by himself and he was such a very kind and warm hearted person. The two workers were very nice men and very professional. I have only the best things to say about them.

Description of Work: Removed a weight bench set and an old folded up treadmill plus 2 Air conditioners from basement.The lady who set things up was great, friendly and quick to get back.I felt the cost was quite reasonable. The 2 guys were punctual, arrived right on time but could not speak good English and one especially was not too friendly--however they got the pieces out promptly took the check and left.

Description of Work: They delivered a dumpster to my house and picked it up. They gave me phone estimates on arrival and departure. Person who dropped it off was willing to move it several times to a place that was best for my loading. Very polite and I paid what was estimated. No hidden fees. Great place.

Description of Work: This was the second time we called them in 2 months. The first time they clean out the basement of the house I was moving from and sold. They took out everything, even very heavy construction debris and they left the place clean and tidy., ready for the new owner. The second time my husband called them to clean out a garage. They came immediately and did the job professionally and efficiently. Very happy with their service. They might not be the cheapest but they are certainly worth the expense!

Description of Work: The service was conducted a few months ago, so I don't recall the price, but I do recall it was fairly reasonable. I had originally gone with another service provider, a good friend's recommendation, but that completely fell through and that company left me handing. I called this service LAST minute and they were able to come through and provide quality service. The service was a drop off and pick up, but the driver was very processional.

Description of Work: The company offered a reasonable price that suited my very low budget to empty my dumpster bag. I did not have my bag positioned to suit the requirements for the original dumpster bag collector. I called this company, they picked up my stuff (plus a little more) at a cheaper cost. Great service, and the lady at the office was very accommodating and patient.

Description of Work: We needed to clear out a 2-bedroom apartment of most of its contents. Rick's crew did a fantastic job and Rick even showed up to check in. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: They arrived a few minutes late--not a problem. They collected and packed loose rubbish and then removed it into their truck. It went very smoothly and they left the cleaned out area spotless. They were polite and efficient and I would certainly recommend them and/or use them again.

Description of Work: We were moving out of state and Rick was a tremendous help in getting rid of a lot of stuff that was necessary to get rid of. He worked alone and it was amazing how he was able to do things that I thought it would take two guys to move.

Description of Work: Emptied out a basement that was full of 40+ years of metal, wood and junk. Staff was helpful and hauled away ALL of the refuse. The basement was swept and looked neat and clean. Would definitely use Rick's Cleanouts again.

Description of Work: Cleared unwanted items from my basement and garage. They were friendly, efficient and professional.

Description of Work: We needed to "broom" clean a five bedroom, three bath house with an in ground pool and pool furniture, that was sold. The women living in the house was a hoarder and there were tons of clothes and shoes, old furniture that had been sitting in the house for 30 years. It took three truck loads going back and forth to clean the house out. Rick's workers were early, worked a very long day and were very cooperative. We used them again to removed a great deal of furniture, rubbish and old office equipment. Again Rick's men came early, worked very hard, they removed office cubicles and anything they could possibly take to help get the office into shaped for renovation. Once again they will called in to remove the removation materials, such as the old carpet, ceiling tiles etc. I am know that without them we would have never been able to get all that we needed to accomplish. One of the biggest problem with cleaning either a house or a removation of any kind, is the legal removal of rubbish, including typewriters and old computers. I would highly recommend them and obviously use them again and again.
