I hired Erald to repaired my deck, after he was done he told me I needed to pay him more money and was going to cost an additional $500 more and I paid him, Erald painted the deck and the stairs and I can see that the paint did not cover all the wood and the stairs look like they need another coat of paint plus they did not take the garbage with them, Erald was cleaning up when I was inside getting the money for him and couple of days later I noticed that I had some garden tools missing. Update: He gave me back the tools and he picked up the garbage. One of the bottom brackets, he took that one and it is not proper fit. He took the new one but it is not a proper bracket.

Erald crew did a very good job replacing the steps, tightened up loose lattice, cleaned deck and stained everything. They were efficient and finished the job in one day. It looks really great.

Erald does good work but with shortcomings. He was hired to paint the deck bars and rail, but he decided to put one coat of paint down and ask for more money if I wanted a 2nd coat of paint. It looked horrible with one coat of white paint, especially on a wood deck. He gave us a hard time before he said he will give it another coat of paint. If you want to be hired for a job, give it your best, not half-a** it. Your job is a reflection of your skills. Remember that if you want more customers.
