I obtained quotations from three contractors for my deck, and Erald General Construction's pricing was comparable to the others. I decided to give Erald the deck job since he detailed all of the work specifics to me. He finished the work on schedule, and despite the weather, he worked hard to ensure that everything was done professionally. Erald did an excellent job - Definitely recommended, and I will employ them again.

Words cannot express the amazing work Erald and his partner did. Not only were they on time every single day but they were professional, polite and their price was amazing. I highly recommend Erald and am already looking to hire them again for other projects.

Erald was prompt, professional and easy to work. He always showed up when he said he would and always called if there was a delay. His price was fair and when it was discovered that the wall of my deck was rotted he quoted me a fair additional cost. I would recommend.

Erald quoted me the best price by far. He followed through on every commitment. They were every day all day until the job was complete, which was in the exact time frame they promised. They were all courteous and respectful. The best part is the finished project which was a total deck (floor and railing) replacement. I am very pleased with their work. It was a good measure to work with Erald and his crew. From start to finish they have been good with their word and timing. I hired them over the weekend based on a quote they gave for repairing and repainting a large deck. Two days later, they had repaired and repainted the deck. Nothing like working with a reasonable crew who keep their word and work even in this heat. Kudos on a job well done.

I hired this team to do my driveway with pavors. The owner Erald was very helpful with his ideas and very gentle. Highly recommend.

Do not engage with this contractor. They are FRAUD. I hired them for deck stain and paint, fence installation. They took money in advance to buy materials. They came for 2 days, did not complete anything, made a big mess around my backyard by ripping wood off my deck. and did not return to work later. I repeatedly texted them and called, but, no called. They are not contractors. They are ROBBERS. Be very careful with them. They will make a deal with you and in between projects ask to revise the contract.

We hired Erald to replace the pressure treated wood on our deck with composite, replace the rails and tear down a crumbling chimney from the back of the house that also interfered with the deck. First, he tore down the chimney which meant the siding, the soffit and roof had to be replaced and repaired. By the time he was done, you would never have known that there was a chimney there! It looked fantastic! Then, they started on the deck, tore off the old decking and rails and replaced. It came out gorgeous! We absolutely love it. Erald and his co worker were awesome. This is the FIRST time, and we have done LOTS of construction on our house, that were were told that the work would be done fast and it actually was. We will ask Erald back for any other work we need in the future. We highly recommend him!. This is the FIRST time we ever felt compelled to write a review that is how happy we are with the work.

I had an old wood deck and hired Erald General Construction to fully build a new deck. We love it. Erald did a great job and the price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received.

Erald is very knowledgeable and skillful. I had a very old deck, size of deck is 26 feet wide and 12 feet long. Switched from old deteriorating wood to composite decking. Erald always showed up early and finished project in timely matter. We are super excited with our new deck. Wish I can post pictures here so you can see his amazing work. Erald also installed some pavers for me in front of stairs phenomenal job. Very nice guy. His assistants are great also. Using Erald for other projects around the home as well in the future. They came on time, worked the entire day until the project was completed. Explained everything well and very professional. Extremely skilled. My deck/balcony looks amazing and they removed the old wood, the stairs etc. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. I was very impressed with Erald and I would not hesitate to use them again. Importantly, I had used a "handyman" to do some work and had a very bad experience. To my delight, Erald did great work, they were easy to work with, very fair pricing, professional and hard working.
