Excellent. They beat the competitions price, got me the equipment that I needed, explained the process, and gave me a year of free maintenance plus came back on 2 other occasions when I had concerns, which turned out to be nothing more than normal operation. Using them for annual maintenance...could not be happier...

The job went very well and we are happy with the new system even though we only used it a little bit so far since it cooled off shortly after the job was finished. The old system sprang a water leak in the attic in mid-August and we had to turn it off and resort to window units. Meanwhile, Air Professionals responded right away to our call for help. Mr. Bill Jamieson came over right away and estimated the job. We signed the contract on 8/24, gave them a deposit and work began around 9/1. The job was completed in three days. They were very punctual, polite and professional. On day one they disconnected and removed the old equipment. The existing electrical wiring and coolant lines were left in place as was the attic ductwork. On day two they installed and connected the new equipment. On day three they finished the insulation of the ductwork, installed the new thermostat and tested the system. Each day they started by putting down drop cloths from the front door to the attic stairs and were very careful not to get dirt on the carpets or walls. At the end of each day they removed the drop cloths and took away all trash and litter. They did a great job. They even installed a new ceiling light over the attic unit to make working in there easier in the future. Their crew boss was very good - he rehearsed each step of the work with his crew just beforehand and explained exactly what each person was to do. This is important when you're working in such tight situations under extreme conditions like you find in an attic in the summer. The new system is a big improvement over the old one - it's much quieter and presumably more efficient although we haven't had a chance to experience that yet. Air Professionals helped us get over $2,000.00 in rebates from Carrier, the electric company (JCP&L) and the IRS. I should give Carrier special mention for being extremely prompt in its rebate programs. Many companies make you wait for months but Carrier mailed us two checks within a couple of weeks - very much appreciated. I would recommend Air Professionals to a friend and would employ them in the future - assuming their price is right, of course.

Last time, when they did the annual check the representative told me that there was a pressure leak and it would require them to come back and fix it which would cost $99/hour. There was no guarantee on fixing it and he also did not know how many hours it would take them to repair it. There was a large thunderstorm coming in so I don?t know if it affected what he was looking at. I want to take a second opinion on it before doing anything.

I liked the installation team. They did all the work in a day. They were very neat and organized, and hard working. They did good job removing the old system and installing the new. I am upset with the price I got and the follow up with the sales person. When they came to inspect my unit, the salesman told me that I just missed the rebate. The delay was on their part. I also found out that there was another rebate that I should have been able to take advantage of. I left the salesman several voice mails and he never returned my calls.
