Description of Work: Was given a five hour window for service (9AM to 2 PM) for both visits. While I was closer to 2 PM on both visits, they did call when on their way and did indeed arrive within the original window. Needed dryer repaired so on first visit the tech evaluated the dryer and told me what parts were needed and what the cost would be to fix. Parts were ordered and ready within two days. Scheduled follow-up repair for Saturday and was very happy when the same tech was sent to do the repair. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was completed in about 30 minutes. Price seemed high but really have no basis to compare. Dryer is working beautifully once again.
