They were excellent, they came on time, they have a pump , he fix it in an an hour, he's clean.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company is the most disrespectful company I have ever encountered. They are simply rude and disrespectful. Plus they expect you to just jump when they call as if they were the customer and not getting paid to do a job. If a company makes an appointment with a customer and they want to call and verify the appointment is still a good time they should call the day before not an hour before because it gives people a time to see a missed call and call you back. This company just calls an hour before and than when the call is missed doesnt show up despite someone waiting for them at the exact scheduled appointment time. Plus when they miss the appointment they want to act like it is the customers fault and give them attitude. Its just outrageous. Than when they receive attitude back they cant take it and threaten to not come out at all. That's fine with me because frankly you guys deserve NO business at all!

Friendly professional service quickly done including return service at no charge when shelf cracked after a few months and replaced.

Their price to repair was higher than replacement (no fault of their's) and Samsung's parts are the problem (they use dissimilar metals for basket and spinner support that corrode quickly and then clog the water pump). I will replace, but with Whirlpool Duet at their recommendation.

Wonderfully! Although "Immediate" does not always mean the day you call, (they are a very popular company) they were able to come see me the next business day. Jay, the technician, was polite, tidy and quite knowledgeable. He was respectful of our home and took care not to damage anything as he moved the heavy washer out to work on it. My dog even brought him her toys!

The cost of repair was prohibitive so we decided not to do anything. I think they are good. We will definitely use them in the future. It just happened that the cost of what we wanted done was prohibitive.

They had to order a part and then return after a week. They were not very professional. They cancelled appointments and refused to send another technician. I kept requesting them because we had just moved into a new place and we needed the refrigerator going. They were rude and the quality of their work was not that good.

It went well, he diagnosed the problem with the washer......wrote up estimate, then said that we should probably just get a new machine since that would be cheaper. Very honest. We couldn't be happier with this company. went very well back in 2014 as well. diagnosed and fixed the dryer very quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the whole service experience.

Just moved into this house a few months ago and still getting use to it. The tech. swapped the trays that were set wrong by the last owner. Never used this type of stove and I would have never thought about trays causing the gas leak/smell. All fixed and stove is working fine. Rich J.

The repairman gave me an estimate of $607 to repair my 7 year old freezer. This was too high a price and I told him so. He then told me there was a charge for his call of $85.55. Immediate's Angie's listing said they gave free estimates and I told him so. He said the estimate is free, but not the service call. His boss said, when called, that he told me this when I first made the appointment. I do not remember that, but it certainly is a high price for a 5 minute service call. Also, they did not give me the 10% senior discount advertised. I grudgingly paid this bill.

Bill the service tech was professional, analyzedand fixed the problem promptly. He also cleaned up after he was done. Pricing for the job was resonable.

The experience I had was great. I requested service on a Sunday afternoon and had the technician at my house by 9:30AM Monday morning. They called 20 minutes ahead of when they arrived. When Bill arrived he was very nice and professional. Went over everything and then prior to fixing anything had went over the pricing. Worked very quickly and now my dryer is heating and working like new! Even helped me level my washer so it stopped moving around my laundry room! Would definitely recommend Bill to anyone I know!

Excellent. Prompt, polite, clean, efficient

I called this morning and they had someone to my house this afternoon. It worked out perfect because I work close to my home so they were able to call me when they were on the way over - which saved me from sitting around waiting. The technician was extremely polite and explained what was going on with my dishwasher and fixed it right on the spot. I was extremely pleased with the professional service and will be using them again!

He took less than 10 mins to remove 6 screws, tell me the arm was broken, and he had to order a turn table assembly (can't buy the arm separately). The parts would be $75 and installation would be $165. I paid the $90 for the service call and looked up the part online at sears. Turns out it's an $18 part. My husband fiddled with the microwave and confirmed removing the 6 screws is unnecessary - it's a 10 second installation. Yep, 10 seconds to just pop the new arm into place from inside the microwave. So they wanted to charge me $240 for a $15 part and 10 seconds installation. I was extremely disappointed because they've done very good work for me in the past. I understand there's a cost in ordering the parts and time/cost in sending the guy over. Just looking for a reasonable price for the service being provided.

It was a Saturday so I was a little skeptical I would be able to get someone out to look at the dryer- but they work on weekends. Any way the dryer drum was turning but there was a clunking noise and it wasn't running properly. The arrival time was between 1 pm and 4pm. I was a little disappointed about the times- Mike the appliance guy showed up at around 3:45. Anyway I showed him where the dryer was he started to take it apart and check everything and turns out it needed to be cleaned. This was awesome news for me since I had clothes already washed in the washer. It is really hard to trust people sometimes but I have no reserves recommending Mike from Immediate Appliances Services.

From the moment I called to inquire the service was amazing. Fast and friendly. Repair man showed up when promised. Had the part in stock. Explained all the work he was doing. And gave me tips on how to make my machine run better and last longer. I would use them again.

A few days ago, my Kenmore refrigerator started acting up. The freezer side was icing up and the fridge side was getting warm. After a quick Google, I found Immediate Appliance and, after reading some reviews, gave them a call. Instead of getting some automated system, I got a friendly, warm human being on the phone (can you believe it?) who was empathetic to my issue and quick to set me up with same-day service. I was given a short window between 9-12 after booking at about 8:45 a.m. Well, at 9 a.m. I received a courteous call from the office girl saying that my technician was on his way over. At 9:15, only 30 minutes from when I found Immediate Appliance online, a friendly tech named Jay was at my doorstep. He was wearing a company uniform and driving a branded company truck which was also very reassuring (it's scary sometimes having an unmarked white van arrive at the house when you don't know who might be coming into your home, so this was a nice touch I think). Jay quietly (and cleanly) assessed my fridge and told me I needed a few new parts installed to fix the problem my fridge was having. After quoting me a reasonable price (along with a $30 discount for being a first-time customer), he was able to get my fridge up and running within the hour using parts he had directly on his truck. We didn't have to order or wait for anything! Since then my fridge has been behaving much better and my food is nice and cold and fresh. I didn't even lose any food since Immediate Appliance - true to their name - was so quick to respond! I will absolutely be using them in the future. Quick, courteous, reasonable, and friendly, I highly recommend this local company. Very pleased.

Service person came out same day I called in the morning. Problem was the compressor on the refrigerator and after checking it out, service person made the call that it needed a new compressor. I had to investigate if the ref. was still under warranty so I said I will call you if I need you to order the compressor and do the work. I checked out warranty and found that the ref . was not under warranty anymore so I called in and OK'd the work and to get the compressor. I continued to read the warranty and also found a paragraph stating that the compressor had a 5 yr warranty. Good for me !. I also saw that the warranty repair had to be done by an authorized dealer and Imm. App. Service was not a dealer for this brand . I contacted an authorized dealer and schedule the work with them , covered under warranty. I also then called Im. App. Service and canceled the work with them and advised them about the situation ( that an authorized dealer had to do the work ). They canceled the work and said they would get back to me with the payment for the compressor. Later that day they told me I had to pay $350.00 for the compressor , even if I would not have it installed. So they would just have me pay for the compressor and keep it for themselves ? I refused. Later the Manager called me and was very pushy that I had to pay for the compressor and the freight . Finally I agrees to pay $100.00. , but this was not fair. Never did they let me know that I had to pay for something I would not get and I was also not informed that I could not cancel an order ( please note , I called in and canceled the service and part approx 20 min after the first phone call ). I have worked in warehouses and parts dept with shipping and receiving dept for many ,many years and I have never heard of that you cant cancel on order, especially when it was ordered in the morning ( or before noon ). No shipping place would have prepared and shipped the order out that early. So, I feel that I was mistreaded by this company and would not trust them to do any work for me.

They showed up on time, were very friendly and courteous. I would use them again.

We have an older electric range, and another repair shop was not able to get the right parts to replace the front burner. Immediate Appliance was able to do so in 4 days. Work was done professionally and courteously.
