Service man showed up on time; we now have much fewer bugs/insects than we had before.

I chose Cavanaugh's for termite control because my experience with them for wasp removal about a year and a half ago was excellent. This was a larger job and much more expensive. The Cavanaugh's people who inspected my home and did the work appeared to know their job. They were quite friendly. They also were prompt and called from the road to tell us how soon they would be at our home. About a week after the termite work, my wife was bitten by a wasp. within a day, a Cavanaugh's man was on hand to remove same. This morning we had a bat in the house and a Cavanaugh's man was here within an hour to put the bat in a trap and tale him for a ride. Note: We rated the category for price N/A because we did not compare prices.

I would recommend them. They fix any problems that we have.

Cavanaugh's employees arrived on time and set about a few traps baited with peanut butter to start the process. Over the next week a number of squirrels were caught and removed for remote release by Cavanaugh's and when the attic appeared free they sealed the attic where they had entered. The project required two sepparate sessions a few months appart and that was why the price was 800. After the first set of squirrels were removed it was necessary to replace a ten foot long alluminum facia strip allong the eave that the squirrels had been using to gain access to the attic through. However, the price quoted to me by the home improvement department of Cavanaugh's (a totally seperate unit from the pest control) was so high that I could have purchased all the tools needed to do the work including a 40' long alluminum extension ladder as well. I waited instead untill I had time from work to do the job myself and in the gap in between more squirrells entered the attic! After the second removal I quickly replaced the missing facia and we have not had a problem since. Overall I was very pleased with Cavanaugh's pest control dept. They were professional and timely. I would use them again. However the home improvement department was very overpriced when it came to quoting prices for small home repairs. The piece of facia I bought for $30.00 and installed it in about half an hour with a friend. The $400.00 quote from Cavanaugh's home repair dept. I felt was excessive.

We'll be having them in a couple of weeks for carpenter ants. We had a pretty bad carpenter ant problem and we called another company. They went in the crawl space and things. They treated them the one year and couldn't get rid of them. Then I called in Cavanaugh's and they treated inside the wall...got rid of them. That's why I keep bringing them back..because they figured out how to get rid of them.

They come whenever I call. I am satisfied with their services. The price is good.

Experience was was very professional. Our expectations of what we wanted performed and accomplisehed were met.

It is currently June and they have not come out yet. I do recommend them, as they are very professional, will answer all of your questions, have good customer service, and their service technicians are professional. Also, I have not compared their pricing, but they do seem expensive.

They provided fine service. They took care of the problem and I was happy with them.

They were excellent. They showed up on time & came back & resprayed some very heavy ivy that they couldn't originally soak though & did so at no extra charge per my contract. They were professional both times & my ant problem is gone.

The fee I pay covers service for carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and termites. It includes everything, so if I ever have a problem with anything, they come right out. They’re very responsive.

We have an annual contract with them that is very reasonable. They are very thorough. The products that they use are pet friendly. When they come they do everything, even move around the furniture. They are not a hassle to have come into your home. They finish their work very quickly and it is very good service.

Over the weekend, we noticed ants in the house and called Cavanaughs on Sunday. They got back to us on Monday and we set an appointment for service to be provided today when I would be home from work. Their technician showed up on time, explained the process to me, answered all my questions, and completed his work in about an hour. I was very happy with the whole experience, although it will be some time before I can fully assess the effectiveness of the service. For the moment, I am happy, and would recommend these folks to anyone else. In fact, I am thinking of having them back to do some preventive treatment for termites, which are prevalent in the area (though we have seen no signs at our house).

With one treatment the ants were gone & we didn't have any problems all. He was very knowledgable about the problem. We thought we had termites but he assured us that our issue was ants. If we have any issues this year, I'll be giving them a call.

I moved into a new house and immediately noticed a moth problem. I called Cavanaugh's, they dispatched Jason to do an inspection of the of house. Jason came on time, was courteous and professional. He immediately identified the moths as Indian Meal Moths and suggested a seasonal service plan. The service plan entitled me to seasonal preventative treatments inside and outside the house, as well as unlimted return visits when dealing with specific pests -- in my case the moths. Cavanaugh sucessfully treated my house over a period of 4 weeks using various techniques. With each visit there was a different technician - each knowledgeable about the pests and chemicals that were being used.

The entire service was exceptional. Scott, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable, taking his time to explain as we progressed throughout the house. In the end, the treatment was fine and the issue has been positively addressed. Also, there was no evidence of termites. I was very pleased and will most likely enter into a yearly agreement with Cavanaugh's. It would be great if Scott were to be the usual technician then because I feel confident in him. My thanks to Cavanaugh's and to Angie's List- this was my first use of both.

We have a yearly plan for extermination. They come out three times a year. They are very professional. They responded quickly when I called.

They don’t try to sell you anything extra unless you really need it. I have a quarterly service and the price was about $65 for the last service. I don't know about their price since I haven’t priced around in a while.

Everything went fine. I have no complaints.

I like their promptness in handling problems. The employees are very knowledgable and they take care of situations quickly. They came to eliminate ants last year and they have not yet come back. They use very good products.

I spend about $200 for a yearly contract. They are prompt and remember when the appointment is. They call ahead when they are due to show up and then come and do their job. I will use them again in the future.

They had originally told me it would be $350 for the work, and then they said there were extras involved in the job, so it went up to $450; but they did do the job. They just came whenever it was convenient for them. I would use them again in the future if necessary; however, I would make sure what they are charging for the job and what the extras might be.

When he came out and actually gave us the estimate, he was very thorough with options and took his time. It was just an excellent service. The worker was very good. They came out when they said they're going to come. Their price is competitive.
