The order and install of the fabric was A-one. After the install, I called Awning Concepts to order an awning cover for the winter. I have gotten no satisfaction after calling and emailing numerous times. All I wanted was an estimate so I could order the cover, but I have not gotten one. That is why I gave a low customer service rating

After the awning was installed, I wanted to order an awning cover for the winter. After many calls and emails, over the last month or so, I still haven't received any real satisfaction. The work on the awning was very good, but after the service was done, my calls and emails have gone unfulfilled.

Customer service was very good. The workers were professionals, but they forgot to set the return number, it was very windy but they came back to adjust it and it's been working well since.

Mark came to my house to take measurements and do an estimate. I was told it would take about 3 weeks to get the new awning, but they came much sooner. The two young men who came and installed the awning were polite and professional. The new awning looks great -pretty and sturdy! I am extremely happy with the service I received.

They came and installed the awning and were supposed to come back and seal the opening left by replacing the awning and they never came even though I have contacted them 3 times regarding this issue. I guess I will keep calling until they get tired of me and come caulk my awning and finish job. UPDATE: they did come and resolve the problem, although it took them almost a week, it was finally done.
