Super happy with the experience. From the moment I received the first call back all the way through install. Our sales rep, Tracy, was awesome. It was a very consultative process with no pressure tactics. She showed her experience and helped us pick the the best option. The product looks amazing! Install was a small issue with communication with the electrician and the guys left a little bit of a mess for me to clean up, but nothing huge. I'm sure if I saw before they left they would have cleaned it. It was a minor inconvenience, but did keep me from giving a 5.0. I'd hire them again and would recommend to a friend.

He assured me that all would be good and he moved the installation date forward to alleviate my fears. His contractors came and project was done in a couple of hours. very professional outfit. Awning is absolutely beautiful and customer service is phenomenal

An excellent organization. Gordy steppes is through the cost and what could be done with our deck outside. Everything was very clear and there was no pressure to make a sale. Although we decided to wait until next season, we’ll definitely be calling Gordy again when the time is right to do the install.
