Doug was beyond responsive via email and text. cutting hole in side of my house and the installation went smoothly. crew was great (ask for rich to install) house was just as clean when they left as when they arrived. slight mark on inside of glass but Doug came out looked at the issue and ordered a new door to swap out. Doug and team were great. highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with their product and service. I had a double window in the bedroom that desperately needed replacing at the condo I rent. My landlord asked that I do the research and I called Doug based on the Angie's list recommendation, along with Home Depot and Somerville Aluminum for comparison purposes. Doug came by the same afternoon I called and gave the most reasonable quote with the same guarantee as the others. He was also familiar with my HOA so he already knew the requirements. With the landlord's approval, they installed it in less than 2 hours, cleaned up and had me inspect inside and outside to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend because of their service, price, and the fact that these are Amish made windows, so you know the quality is there. Easy to operate, tilt to clean, UV tint- you can't go wrong.

All the windows were installed correctly and a new roof and siding were put on our bay window. I was very satisfied with the work done. Doug Conner was very helpful throughout the process and was more than willing to work with my contact at the Pella window store. the initial quote was for 5 days of work but Doug's team was able to finish the work in less than four. the overall experience was pleasant and a lot of work was done on e Doug's part to ensure that i got exactly what i wanted.

Not only was the receptionist congenial on the phone, but she immediately gave me a date and when Doug came to my home, he fixed the problem and did not charge me a penny. Doug was wonderful. Great business with integrity.

It went perfect, door looks beautiful and closes like a vault. they even did extra work as I had some rotted wood that was hidden. They did a great job. All trim and caulking super neat. a neighbor already asked me details and said they are going to call. A+ And Mindy the office manager made sure communication was clear and my needs were met.

From working with Doug initiallly on material and style/specs selections and change updates to email exchanges and phone calls with Mindy in the office to the installation work done by Dave and Orlando the whole team under Doug are highly professional, punctual and very friendly. They are among the very few best contractors I have hired over the years. You do pay a higher price for the premium brand they carry but you get a truly top quality product and more importantly the whole process is totally smooth and worry free. Compared to the many bad experiences I read about door installation customers of big box stores I couldn't be happier about mine. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who looks for a solid quality product and a most pleasant experience. I will definitely hire them again for my future door and window work.

The install went very well. The door looks nice and works very well. The installers did a great job. They cleaned up all the garbage. We will hire them again when we need to replace other doors and windows.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Doug presented and explained a great many options and helped narrow them down to the one that worked best for me. Mindy kept the paperwork moving efficiently and was quick to provide the information required by my condominium association so the work could be approved and completed quickly. Scheduling was easy. The installers could not have done a better job on the door and cleaned up afterward. Pricing was very competitive. Everyone was helpful, accessable and happy to answer any questions I had. They were punctual, responded to my emails very quickly and were never late for an appointment. Mindy was able to understand my concerns and make modifications to the order as needed. Windows are great. Second home does not get above 78 degrees inside even when temp outside is in the 90's. This is when I leave house vacant and with cooling off for a week. Before new windows it would be in high 80's. Great installation job with very neat caulking. Original house windows were 20 years old. Going to replace some windows at main residence with these Universal windows.

Excellent job by Universal Windows. Substantial rotted wood needed to be replaced as well as the window installation. The installation technician did a superb job, completed work in 2 days installing 18 windows. Quality job.
