Excellent company to work with from sales to install amazing. Doug is out sales guy, the office managers Michele and Mindy are awesome and help with the project details and payments. And the installer Dave that we had was excellent. We got our new front door and storm door and they are gorgeous has changed the front of our home incredibly. Looks like a million dollar job and it was an excellent price and experience. When I need new windows I will be calling them a gain.

Most of our windows (around 30) were in bad shape, were deteriorating fast and had to be replaced ASAP. When Doug came over to our house from Universal Windows he impressed us since he did not act like a salesman who just wanted to make a quick sale but instead took interest in our needs. He was very prompt and professional. After hearing us out, he proposed the right type of windows suitable to us and which was within our budget. He answered all our questions and once we decided to go with them, he had his chief installer Eric come and take all the measurements. After that they gave us an installation date and Mindy even called us a week before the installation date to let us know that everything is going well and that the windows will be delivered/installed on time. The whole installation team were extremely helpful and respectful. They helped us move whatever was necessary and did an excellent clean-up after finishing the installation. The whole process was very smooth and hassle-free. The windows look great. I would highly recommend Universal Windows Direct, NJ and would thank their whole team for a superb job.

I must say, from the first meeting to go over their products, measure our windows and doors to the final day of installation we could not be happier. The quality of the products and workmanship/installation was top notch. Doug, Mindy and the entire installation crew were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct. We will definitely be using them again for the remainder of windows that we need replaced.

UW&D replaced an external door to our to the deck and a sliding glass door in our basement. These guys were outstanding, and if we replace our windows, we'll use these guys no question. They were clean(put down tarps), quick (elapsed maybe 4 hours) but the most important part was how careful they were and their attention to detail. We were very happy.

Universal Windows was great. I worked with Doug and Mindy. Doug gave me a good price. Mindy was very responsive. Eric and the installers were very helpful in explaining the "in's and out's" of windows, frames, latches, and load or spring mechanisms. They also cleaned up everything and took care of the old windows too. I'm very happy with the way they look, and the siding wraps they did as well. Mindy followed up to make sure everything was done well afterwards. 12 windows / 2 story house / done in 1 day and I am very happy with the price. I would recommend them strongly. Recently had 3 windows and a storm door installed. Great overall experience. Mindy with customer service/communication and Eric and his install team were all outstanding. Highly recommend Universal.

From the first phone call requesting an estimate to the completion of the project, we had a very positive experience with Universal Windows. They kept every appointment( except one mutually agreed on cancellation due to projected bad weather) and arrived within the stated time frame. The work crew that performed the services were polite, friendly, hard working that completed the job on time and we couldn't have been happier with the results. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. They pointed out and very small hole in one of the screens that we may not have noticed for quite some time and may have very well accepted the responsibility. The screen was replaced in a very timely manner. They are the first company that we have contracted in many years that we actually called to get an estimate for another job!! I have no doubts that we will have another very positive experience!!!

We called in 5 window companies to give us an estimate for installation of our entire house with windows, 19 in all and a patio door. I had an excellent experience having the team at Universal Windows Direct replace 17 double-hung windows in my house. Sales was informative and patient during the quote visit. Scheduling the measurement visit and install were easy. A four member installation team was courteous, efficient, and did a high quality job from start to finish in 6 1/2 hours. The entire process was very smooth and satisfactory. From the quote to measurements to install, everything was explained to me at the beginning. Mindy and Michele were very helpful and were willing to work with my requirements.

The guys were fantastic. Placed canvas first on floors from front door to rooms we’re windows were installed. Windows look fantastic, the installers were nothing but professionals. I absolutely recommend universal windows!!!!!

Doug was great in explaining product options, specifications and pricing. He came to my house twice bringing samples and helping me make my decision without pressure. The prices were competitive (I had three other bids). His installation crew were punctual, very professional and they did not leave a spec of dust or debris in my house or in the yard. Overall, Universal Windows executed a very important project very well and on time. I had a great experience with them!

We are delighted. The quality and workmanship of the ProVia door are outstanding. The installers did a meticulous job and were very neat. A company representative came by the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. It looks beautiful.

Universal Windows Direct did a wonderful job with my front door installation. They were reasonably priced, and Doug, the owner, came by and was very honest and knowledgeable about the doors that would best suit my need based on my budget. When there was a small issue with the door after installation, Doug himself immediately came out to fix the problem ... which speaks to how highly they value customer service.

I looked into Universal Windows after seeing their work on my daughters home in Ohio. I was also pleased with quoted cost. On my install day, two workers arrived within the scheduled contract time. After setting up their work area, they proceeded to professionally and seamlessly install 6 windows and 1 storm door in the enclosed porch and 1 window in the basement. They worked continually for approximately 4 hours. Upon completion of the work, the head installer walked me through the entire installation and explained everything they did. He answered all my questions and even helped with another window issue in the house! Their work was superb, both inside and out, and they left the work area spotless. I am VERY satisfied with my new windows and door and with the professionalism of the installers. I would HIGHLY recommend Universal Windows!
