Description of Work: Installed 21 windows and 3 doors and we could not be happier! No hoaky sales pitch when they come out and the actual owner of the company, Doug, was that one that came out and it was obvious that he knew a lot about the product and was proud to use it. For those researching what kind of windows they use they are Polaris brand and after seeing sales pitches on Renewal by Anderson and pella these provides the same quality materials and they are very pretty windows. Choosing this company originally I was scared that the windows would have too much plastic and less window and look chintzy. The price was right for the beautiful windows. Also they do not contract out they have their own installers. We had Rob and too assistants and they were quick, clean and considerate. Installed beautiful molding to cover holes from old windows. Very happy! All my neighbors are asking where we got our windows.

Job took 2&1/2 days, good cleanup, good finish work, caulking and haul away of old wood windows. Bought mid-line gas filled swing out easy cleaning windows for the above price.

Description of Work: This is the company you want!!! Don't even look elsewhere. After several quotes and sleazy salespeople Doug was a pleasure!! He did not pressure us, took his time and answered all our questions! He knows his stuff and his product is a great one. I did a lot of research and really got some pressure from others regarding more name brand windows but am so so happy with my decision and the results. Ed the head installer came out measured and 3 weeks later our windows were installed. Even when we hit a little bump in the road with 2 garage windows that did not fit they were reordered and installed as soon as they came in a couple weeks later. This was the real test and they passed flawlessly! Everyone I dealt with from Doug the owner to Mindy at the office and as mentioned Ed the installer were wonderful!! They made the process easy and stress free. They installed 19 windows for us the entire home and I can honestly say this was the best experience with a company I have had!!

Description of Work: Replaced 26 windows in my home plus a complete new steel front door..used mid-line price windows double pane gas filled. Crew took just 2 days to complete the job. Hauled away old windows .cleaned up all areas. They caulked all windows outside &most inside although I had to do several inside. Quality very good, fit excellent
