"The overall project of solar panels went well. The installation crew knew exactly what they were doing, as soon as they got to my home, they can unpacking the panels and setting up. There were some glitches along the way, consisting mostly of missing items needed for completion of whatever the job consisted of that particular day. I would classify this as an organizational one. The service personnel have been absolutely wonderful in answering any and all questions, making sure I understood what was being done, and always being available to me. Even with a little bumps in the road, I would do this again with this company.. "

"I had a disappointing experience working with Corey. He did an ok job installing the panel upgrade, but I failed inspection and he ghosted me after asking him to come back to fix it. -He did not realize or inform me each panel upgrade requires a whole house surge protector after 2020 NEC codes, leading me to fail my electrical inspection. -He put in PVC conduits but he did not put in expansion joints according to the electric code, which also lead to another failure in inspection, this was very expensive to fix. -He did not pay the township the permit money that I paid to him, basically robbing me the permit fees. -He stopped responding to text and phone calls after I contacted him after a 2 months of chasing him -I had to hire another electrician out of my own pocket to fix his install. He was affordable at first but it ended up costing me MORE in the long run to fix his conduit install, add surge protector and had to pay the permit fees AGAIN because he didn't pay the town. "

"Where do I start... First to know this company is not BBB accredited. Contacted Harris as I was having A/C trouble in the middle of a heat wave. A representative promptly came out did a quick evaluation and stated it would be best to replace the unit instead of basically putting a stop gap to fix the problem. I agreed on what needed to be replaced and at the time was appreciative of the prompt service. Additional work had to be installed downstairs to update what was an older configuration of the home. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed upstairs in any of the rooms. Air vents, returns, flow system. The representative reached out to finance and I agreed basically over the phone and via mobile device to approve for terms of the transaction and work. The finance representative did not come out to my home which I was told by Harris should not have happened."
