Excellent service. Fixed existing cabinet light fixture in Kitchen without it having to be replaced with a new one. Replaced old dimmer lightswitch for Dining Room with newer technology switch which is much better. Replace a plug-in at my request.

He was helpful in making a decision for our family in ways I could go with the bathroom outlets to work independently when a short occurs.

It went okay at start as I was not happy with email of written contract with insufficient details for few things needed to get permit. Dale, the owner immediately updated contract with full details per my request. He also applied with City for permit. He is very punctual with day and time he gives to arrive. His office picks up immediately and understands what is needed to convey message to Dale. I got permit. I did not rake any other estimate but think price was reasonable.

I needed more light in the storage area of the basement and wanted a timer included with the bath exhaust fan. I wanted an outdoor light installed in a dark part of the yard, but I wanted to be sure it would not shine into the neighbors house. He had me test the light that evening & followed up to make sure I was happy with it. Dale gave me several options for each situation, explained the differences and really tried to make sure he met my needs. I felt comfortable with the options and didn't feel any pressure to "upgrade" when it wasn't needed. They were on time, cleaned up and made sure I understood how each new fixture operated before they left.

Dale came to give an estimate to replace my main electrical service breaker panel, and provided the best quote of the 3 that I received. We scheduled the work for just a few days later, and the job was performed flawlessly with no issues at all. In an industry where contractors are constantly trying to cut corners, Dale was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Ruban Electrical Contractor upgraded my service panel to handle a higher amperage. Dale replaced my circuit breaker panel, corrected some previous ground & neutral connection errors, added a strong grounding system, and corrected the initial wiring problem. Dale did a great job. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He showed up early in the morning and was done by early afternoon. He was very professional and a really nice guy. He is a solid electrical contractor and I highly recommend him.

I can't speak highly enough of Dale Ruban. He is an old school craftsman. He called me back immediately. He explained to me carefully (twice!), that he would be installing a four prong outlet instead of a three prong, why it was necessary, and what I would need to do to make sure that the dryer I purchased would plug in. He came in at quote! He was on time! Did not treat me like my questions were stupid! I can't recommend him highly enough.
