Description of Work: Provided an estimate for roof repair (during a home inspection there was staining noted on the sheeting). They came out and provided an estimate for repair if so desired, but also advised it wasn't crucial at this time because it was not an active leak.

Description of Work: With all the damage hurricane Sandy has caused, my family and I didn't know where to turn. Between no power, trees down, and damage to our roof everything seemed overwhelming. I've heard nothing but great reviews from neighbors about Wagner roofing and decided to give them a call. In calling I was told what I expected. The lists were very long and they could put me on one, but no one would be able to get out for a couple weeks. I didn't want to use the last three guys who stopped by(figuring It's my roof and didn't want it fixed by a handyman or landscaper with a tool belt) In two days I received a call from Lito who was working my area and was able to come out. Just the relief we needed to start to get our feet in the right direction. He tarped our roof and left an estimate. Very reasonable pricing and cheaper than the other two guys who weren't even roofers. Thank you Wagner roofing for peace of mind. Looking foward to having our roof done soon we hope
