They were extremely responsive, given this was an active leak. The roofer came while we were not at home, per our request to have it dealt with quickly, and then followed up to provided details of the work performed. Since then we've not noticed any issues.

Repaired damage from fallen tree and fixed gutter.

Arrived on time and completed the roofing in a single day and as per quotation. All workers were pleasant, professional and neat. Protected house and landscape during the work. Completed cleaned property of all debris including using magnets to find dropped nails in landscape and on walks and driveway. Approximately 6 months later a shingle tab pulled free of the roof. Wagner come out next day and replaced the shingle under warranty.

Wagner Roofing did exactly what we required. Our old, plastic pipe flanges were cracked and water was leaking in around them. Mark from Wagner Roofing removed shingles, replaced the plastic flanges with aluminum flanges and fit the shingles back in place. If you have those black, plastic pipe flanges, take a good look at them. They crack in a few years and could be causing damage to your roof and attic. It is an easy fix for Wagner Roofing!

Very prompt, quick, curtious & all debris removed without hesitation. Excellent work! B rating given for quality as a few shingles came off during a wind storm which we encountered after the job was done. Therefore not sure why only a few came off, could be that they were not secure enough with nails?

The work was supposed to be done on a Friday but it poured that day so they came the following day. They came on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. When the work was done and all the workers had left there was no evidence that they were ever there. All the debris was gone and the house looked the way it did when they came with the addition of a new roof. Although the price was high they did the best inspection of the roof prior to giving an estimate including patching a hole. We had several other roofers come to give us an estimate and one of them didn't even go on the roof.

My husband was here when they came and he had no complains. So far, I’ve been pleased with their prompt returned calls. I think I’m happy with their price quote. They came here when they said they would.

I thought they were all very amiable and professional. They were very neat and cleaned as they went. When I would call their office for information they were always very polite and they returned calls. I'd recommend them to others.

We found them to be professional and respectful. The roof looks great and we are dry. They cleaned up the area very well. They were on time and I would recommend them. This group was also recommended by my neighbor (and he's pickier than I am)

From the outset Wagner Roofing was prompt, professional, competent, courteous and friendly. When Mike Wagner came out to give us the estimate, there was a tree branch sticking out of the roof. After he climbed up and inspected the roof for the estimate, he went to his truck and then climbed back on the roof to remove the branch and slide a shingle in to cover the hole -- he did this unasked, at no charge and before we contracted him for the job. Several months passed before we actually got around to getting the roof done. I called Amy at Wagner Roofing assuming they would have to redo the estimate, especially since I wanted to include a a chimney cricket. Amy called Mike, then called me back saying that he would include the cricket at no charge and the original estimate was still valid. I faxed her the signed contract. There was no down payment. The entire bill was paid by check after completion of the job. The shingles arrived the afternoon before the work began. The work crew arrived on time at 7 AM, and their work was extremely efficient. It was obvious watching them work that this was a well-organized, competent team. The cost was higher than the original estimate because 18 boards were rotted and needed to be replaced, but this was stipulated in the contract and not unexpected. When they left at about 4:30 PM, I had a brand new roof and gutters, and the clean-up was phenomenal! I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the job that Wagner Roofing did and would highly recommend them.

So far so good. The true test will be when we have a heavy downpour. The first trial period was with the temporary fix and that was successful throughout intense rain. I found Wagner Roofing on Angie's list and highly recommend the company. Amy, who is in the office is pleasant to work with. Mike is an asset to the company.

They did everything as contracted. They were thorough, complete, and did a good job cleaning up.

Front office was responsive in planning. Chosen shingles at one point were not avaialble and they offered to use a lifetime similar color different brand. When I felt uncomfortable chaning the shingle choice close to the time, they went above an beyond to locate a warehouse/supplier who had the shingles i wanted on hand. The crew was prompt the day of the roof replacement. They brought a large enough crew to complete the job within one work day 8-9 hours. Very pleased with the job. Would recommend. They provide a 20 year warrantee which includes fixing any issues which may arise. I've used Wagner in the past to replace shingles which had blown off the roof. They've always been responsive for these small fix it repairs. Also their estimate came in very close the the insurance adjusters estimate -- and so the price was fair.

We are very happy with the job. Strongly recommend them to others.

I'm not one to write detailed reviews. These guys were fast, good, pleasant, punctual. They clearly knew what they were doing and how to do it. From beginning to end, including interactions with their office, scheduling, etc....Very Very satisfied. What else can I say, I gave them all A's

I found them on Angie's List. It was all done in one day and it's a big house. He brought a team of about 15 people. They came in and did a really good job.

Our roof started leaking in several places and because it was 22+ yrs old we decided to have it replaced. The quote was the lowest and they showed up early and replaced it in 1 day. It's been over 1 year and the new roof is great. Highly recommended!

They were easy to communicate with and they were always available. There was always somebody there when I called. They got the information to the crew quickly. It wasn't an overly complex job but it turned out well. They were on time. They did a good job and it turned out well. The price was competitive. We got 2 other estimates and everybody came in about the same. We went with them because they were local and close to where we live. They came when they said. They were very professional to deal with. They answered all my questions and brought out samples.

We were happy with the end result. We're still in the process as we haven't received our final bill yet, so it's kind of premature, but I'm assuming that's just a couple of days away. We had a little bit of a struggle getting the job scheduled, but we worked through that. This company, both on their website and on Angie's List, also advertises that they do deck work. We had the guy come out and do an estimate for our deck and then got a phone call a couple of days later saying that they stopped providing deck services.They're still out there as a deck provider. Even the sign that they put in the yard for the roof says that they do siding and decking and they no longer do that. I guess they lost the one person who was doing the decking, but it was weird because the sales guy didn't seem to know that. They were competitive.

We have waited 6 days for a second contact. We phoned twice after emailing the plans and got no response.

We had a leak in our roof. We called Wagner's and they promptly scheduled service. They came out, identified the problem and had it fixed within 1/2 hr. They didn't even charge us!! This is the second time that they have done this for us. We are not ready for a new roof yet but when we are, we will definitely call Wagner

I would recommend them and would consider them for future work.
