Description of Work: Scot was scheduled to come to my home to review a job and provide a quote. He never showed up, and did not return my call 2 hours after he was scheduled. I called him because of the positive reviews I saw here, and recommendations from a friend. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

+ -1 moreScot came over for the estimate and he was on time and very friendly. He provided free education on the process of power washing and what I might have to do afterward. I asked about painting of the inside and wallpaper removal for the future and he provided all the information for that too. They showed up early in the morning and did the job really well.
Description of Work: He came to my home and power washed the exterior of the house and the deck and then stained the deck.

+ 0 moreThe crew worked constantly over one week to get the cleaning and painting done. They arrived by 9 in the morning and put in a full days work every day. They never stopped working. The crews do not smoke and are very careful of the area surrounding the house. There were no drips on any surface of the house or windows. He uses excellent quality paint and stain and the crew did a perfect job with the painting!!! At the end of the job, they had forgotten to clean the gutters on the carriage house at the front of our property. I notified Scot and the crew came right back to finish the job. If the total cost of a job is under $5,000, Scot requires no up-front payment. He trusts his customers and you can trust Scot to do an incredible job. We plan to hire him again when we paint the inside of this house.
Description of Work: We have a 4,000 sq. ft. house with two-thirds of it vinyl siding. Scot's crew power washed the entire house then painted the trim, two balconies and two decks. They sanded, scraped and caulked everything before applying two coats of exterior house paint. The first coat was an oil-based primer; the second coat latex paint. They sanded and applied two coats of exterior stain to the decks. They cleaned the stain marks off the gutters on both the main house and the carriage house. There were two places on the main house that required the replacement of wood facia board. They fixed these places completely. You would never know we had a problem with wood rot.
