Mr. Hahn responded to my e-mail through Angie's List indicating he was very busy and asked if it would be okay if he gave me a price but not do the work, if the estimate as accepted, for 4 weeks. I replied that 4 weeks would be okay, and asked that he call me to set up an apointment to discuss the work. After not hearing from him for about a week, I reached him on the phone and he said he would call me to set up the appointment. He never called. After getting estimates from two other painters, I eventually had the work done by Pictorial Painting, who I will be submitting to be listed on Angie's List.

Paul and his team and professional, thorough and their quality of work is EXCELLENT. Very prompt and customer focused.

When we initially contacted Paul, we only intended to have the water damage repaired and some painting done, but we asked for estimates on much of what's described above. His estimate was so reasonable, we continued to jobs we'd forgotten. It was clear from the start that Paul cares about his customers: even before he started work for us, he directed us to an excellent carpenter. Due to another job, Paul had to delay the start of ours, but he more than made up for it by being very patient and helpful despite our very many emails. Once the job was started, he and his crew were always prompt. They worked painstakingly and spotted small flaws that we never noticed in 10 years of living in our home. They were kind and careful with our cats, even keeping the more adventurous of the 2 from getting past the top outside step. Paul demonstrated his creativity and talent with colors when he decided to use the dark green paint we had chosen for all but one wall as the primer for the one burgundy wall in order to bring out a richer, deeper color. He demonstrated this effect on a small spot, and we're thrilled with the result. In fact, we're delighted with all of the results. Frank, one of Paul's "guys," was even willing to install a new range hood for us. We're really happy with the job he did on that. The screws from the old one were sticking into our cabinets. Frank made sure that didn't happen again. I can't say enough about how great the team did. Despite being somewhat short-handed, they really made our house feel like it's truly our home. We've already discussed the next job with Paul, and we expect an estimate shortly.

Quite frankly, Paul and his "crew" exceeded all my expectations. He responded to my email requesting interest in doing the work/estimate within 24 hours. A subsequent appointment was made, almost immediately, for an on-site "visit". During the "visit", he responded to every question, including what paints would work best and committed to providing color samples for me to select a color which I received within a few days. I received an estimate for the work to be performed within 24 hours. The estimate was part of a simple to understand scope of work detailing cost and materials to be used along with a tentative scheduling based on our mutual availability. The quality of the workmanship coupled with his constant professionalism, from start to finish, was nothing short of outstanding!

Paul was collaborative, meticulous and responsive. He collaborated on color choices and specific and overall project concerns, desires and expectations. He exhibited an eye for detail, a passion for quality and aesthetics, and a commitment to client satisfaction. His prices were competitive and he completed the work in a timely manner and as contracted. Many visitors to my home have commented on the impressive quality of Paul s work. I have recommended him to friends and associates, and will continue to do so.
